This was my son and my first time to the Texas City Location. My son, Micah has had awful experiences at pretty much every barber/salon we have visited since infancy.
However, when we got to Sport Clips (Texas City) we walked into a nice, welcoming and client business! I was blown away by Athalie, who we had the pleasure of getting to cut Micah’s hair! She is beyond professional (as well as the other lady there that same evening) and made Micah not only comfortable, happy and filled with Laughter! We even enjoyed a great conversation with the other client getting their hair cut! Athalie set me up with the app so we can plan ahead and also sold us the product she used on Micah so I can create the same style! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience & look forward to seeing you again soon!!! I hope you know how much it meant to Micah (and me) to not be scared and leave with a smile wanting to return soon!! You are truly an asset to the company of Sport Clips!
She listened to my request on how to cut and trim my hair ,and also being friendly and nice during my visit!
I took my 6 year old grandson to get his hair cut. I was pretty nervous because he is very afraid of the clippers. We were placed with Ms. Rachel, who just happened to have just finished with a boy about the same age. My grandson was hesitant to go with Ms. Rachel but after a minute of her gentle conversation, he went with her. She asked him if he wanted clippers or scissors and her told he scissors. He was scared but she talked to him and listened to what he had to say. She even got him to let her use her baby trimmer to trim his neck line, after she used it on her own arm so he would know it wouldn't hurt, and he was fine. He didn't cry at all! There are cheaper places to get a little kids hair cut, but he loves Ms. Rachel and it's worth any amount for him to be happy and feel safe. Thank you, Ms. Rachel. You have a client for life.

Hey I am back it’s been a while but I am happy and no complaints and always number 1 when I get my haircut from my Maria no offense to the other ladies still need to do a 100 instead of a 10 bc all the ladies work really hard and make customers happy with there haircuts I will be back like always thank y’all for everything but do something more for the ladies lol they are really good at what they do I know I couldn’t do that for sure thanks sports clips see yall next month 😊

The young lady asked me what how I wanted my hair cut. When I told her , she said that she would cut it as close to what I want and then if I would like to go shorter then she would cut more. Very polite and professional. I will be back in the future.

My favorite part of getting a haircut is the hair wash and head massage, along with the hot towel on the face.
Alyssa is fantastic! My son is very picky about who cuts his hair and we never go wrong with having Alyssa cut his hair.
Good hair cut for a reasonable price. I like the hot towel, wash and massage along with the should massage.
Way too expensive for a 6 minute haircut
