A Huge "Shout Out" to Maria G., who has been taking care of my monthly haircuts, shampoos, and excellent customer service.
They did a mess at my boyfriend haircut, they didn’t gave him a shape, it was all a mess.
cut was good, but was charged full price of s was sm massage, but declined and was charged for them.
Quality products and quality professionals
The area is the best and the workers are very Friendly
1. Decrease the volume on the speaker system
2. Have a couple of optional chairs where the client is not subjected to all the sports blather
3. Have small separators between the chairs for a veneer of privacy while your bald spots are discussed and your areas of self-consciousness.
4. Give the stylists support hose for their legs since they have to stand all day
5. Also in the back for shampoos have small separators between chairs for veneer of privacy
6. Carry a line of organic, non-toxic chemical hair products, ie, offer a healthier option (there is a growing market)
7. Have a stylist rating system at checkout and monetarily reward the high-rating performers for service levels and results.
Naida is the best hairstylist I’ve been coming to her for the last 3 years she takes her time and she cuts hair like shes a barber every time I get a haircut they ask me where I get it at. I tell them sports clips. They don’t believe me. They always think I went to some kind of barbershop, but no, it’s sports clips. They be shocked when I tell them sport clips cuts hair I always refer the sports clips to everyone that stops me to ask me where I get my haircut. I refer them to Nadia she also always recommends me products and I’m always trying new products I love it here I will not go anywhere
