When we come in to Sports Clips, it’s too keep up on the sports and focus on getting our haircut. It was hard to pay attention to what was on the TV because one of the workers was on her phone and her speaker was on and we could not make out what was on TV. Then the loud talking across the room from the waiting chairs to the haircut seats take place between the person cutting the hair and the other employee. The professionalism has drastically dropped. And we were there two weeks in a row for three haircut haircuts.

Since I’ve been away from my previous team, I’m making a commitment to recognize associates that have gone above & beyond on teams of businesses I have the privilege of supporting. There’s too many keyboard warriors sharing terrible experiences & not enough positive experiences shared by consumers; even though your associates could be doing an astounding job.
Yesterday evening I stopped by last minute to get my almost 3 year old son (Ledge) a haircut for an upcoming family wedding. I was apprehensive because my son has sensory issues and haircuts are a little bit difficult for us in this season. I noticed the salon didn’t have any guests so we proceeded in to see if there was an opening. We were greeted by a kind young lady (I didn’t catch her name) and Mary. I expressed my concerns but both ladies were extremely kind, non judgmental and reassuring that it was a non-issue. If anyone reading this has a child with sensory issues or knows someone who does, you know it can be extremely challenging at times to find people patient and understanding; ones with hearts willing to go the extra mile to accommodate both parent and child and not make you feel judged or out of place. Mary went the extra mile. She was patient, kind and reassured me that it was nothing to be concerned about — we were going to get through the haircut just fine no matter how long it took! Through some tears and a hiccup, we made it through! It’s associates like this, that will help a franchise succeed beyond measure!

Massages and the warm towel on the face

Stylist was upset before my 2 sons got in the haircut chair she was inappropriately talking about a child prior to my sons getting there cut so I knew she wasn’t going to like my kids. I have a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old my 5 yr old does good but my 3 yr old is still adjusting so he moved a little bit but he didn’t cry or anything excessive. She kept stopping and throwing her hands to her side as if she was fed up and sighing loudly while making comments which is a bit dramatic but I kept my comments to myself. Then every time I bring my kids to get there haircut here noone ever does a fade correctly and I keep giving this place second chances and I get disappointed every time. I don’t think they really know how to do a fade so it never actually gets done, last time I told the lady that I asked for a fade and she looked at me like what do you mean? And once I explained myself she called it something else and I was like no a fade and I explained myself again and she still didn’t do it right.
