I’ve visited the Valley Ranch location a few times, but this is perhaps the first time I’ve genuinely liked the haircut for my child. To be clear, it’s not that I didn’t like them before, but they were just haircuts. Erick managed to blend the fade seamlessly, making it look great. Went through the options with me and I told him to do what would look best. He mentioned that the fade went from a 4 to a 1, which I’m not familiar with, so I asked him to write it down for me for next time. He was incredibly kind and patient. I’ll definitely come back to him or ask for the same style next time.
The people - in particular - Farah. She works at multiple locations and I will travel to go to which ever one she is working at because she does an excellent job.
My son recently had his first haircut and started bringing him to Farah for haircuts because she is so patient and does a great job
I usually go to Sport Clips on Sterling Ridge, Nivia is great... This time I made the mistake of going to another location thinking that I would get the same quality... The good thing about all this is that my hair will grow, this time I will not go somewhere else but my location.

You say it’s an approximate time, but no one would say the time discrepancy is “approximate.”
It may not seem like a big deal, but you are basically messing with a persons time.

Jocelyn has been cutting my hair for a while now and continues to up her game. She's improved on her beard trimming and styling and has really become attuned to how I like my hair cut. Jocelyn understands what look I'm going for and how to get me there. She goes above and beyond just what's done in the shop - she gives great styling tips and suggestions for everyday hair prep that are easy to do.
Pluto gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. 10/10 no notes. Keep up the good work!
Your stylists are fast and friendly. Tea Tree products are nice. The massaging shampoo is the best part of my week.
