The experience of having control on what I want my haircut to be and Kam making sure she heard me correctly before making the first cut made me feel comfortable because I had other people cut my hair not the way I wanted.

The service is great. It would be very useful to have the schedules of the stylists. In this way, we could plan our appointments more easily. It would allow us to know when they are available to assist us. Thus, we could coordinate our visits more efficiently. We would be very grateful for this information. It would facilitate the organisation of our commitments. We hope to be able to count on these schedules soon. Thank you for your consideration.

Great customer service every time I go very professional awesome atmosphere
No dissapointment. As I shared with my stylist - I got away from Sportsclip years ago because when I would finally find a stylist I liked, they ended up leaving and then I would have to start all over again. That was CA so maybe in TX there isn't a high turn over rate - ?. I typically try to find an independent lady that cuts hair well and it is her own business. I can support them and they don't typically leave after years off building up their business and they are less expensive for the value due to corporate markups and leases they have to cover.
The stylist did a great job and was friendly and nice. I am sure I will be back as this area does not seem to have many independents like I prefer other than full beauty salons.

The lady at the register was very dismissive and rude

We came in at 6 . She mentioned an employee was leaving it's already like a 40 min wait and will be longer now that an employee leaving for the day . When we said we would wait she looked annoyed . She spoke to several other customers rudely as well .
