Ive been a customer of sport clips for over a year now. I just love this business. Always clean and fresh. I am always greeted with smiles and acknowledgement. Watching espn until its time to go to my chair is very nice. And to top it off ms. Nesia is like visiting a family member. The conversations are always great and my haircut is always super.
Service & quality of results.
I generally try to avoid franchises that I’m not familiar with because they can be hit or miss. I was in Houston and looking for something near the Medical Center. Sports Clips was the closest to the TIRR hospital and so I thought I would give it a try. I am very happy that I did. There was no wait other than filling out the registration online. I got the haircut that I was hoping for and pleasant conversation with Maria. The price was very reasonable and the convenience I needed was outstanding. I recommend Maria if you work/live in that area or if you are temporarily housed as I was.

Professional style haircuts
While several recent visits to other locations were lacking in the experience previously received, this visit with Madelyn restored my faith that Sport Clips does still have excellent customer service available.
She was outstanding!
Great experience. Checked in online. Walked in, entered my phone number and was seated pretty much right away. Really fit into my schedule. Sevice was good. They had what I liked already on their ticket pulled up. Had a good consultation with Juanita. Made sure everything came out right. Offered additional services. She also explained which products she was using, which I didn’t need now, but will look at it later. Again, overall great experience.
Talented barbers that listen to my requests and cut nicely. Short wait times. Reasonable prices
