Bianca is the best. She is true professional and huge asset to Sport Clips.
I requested to shorten my top hair a little bit more, and the lady made a gesture like she was annoyed by my request. Then she told me if I needed she will pass the number 8 and I told her no that I prefer to use scissors.

The manager of the store we go to has cut my four-year-old son’s hair twice. He is a difficult child and will not sit alone. I took him once and was not happy with the way I was spoken to because my son who was three at the time was having a hard time getting a haircut.
Yesterday, my wife took our son and she told me that the lady was somewhat impatient and rude to her as well. The haircut is very choppy and you can see the lines from the scissors. We do understand it is harder to cut given these circumstances, but we have not had a problem with anyone other than this manager. It is more so the attitude than the quality of the cut. We could deal with one of the issues, but at that price plus tip, we would expect a little more of a welcoming experience from a manager.

The location is neat, well organized and managed, I like the sports environment. Laura's service orientation and management is just great, she is the reason me and my boys go to that location consistently.
Professional stylists if they have experience, check in is smooth, very well maintained environment. My stylist Renee is excellent. I try to see her exclusively.

Great haircut
Some of my haircuts haven’t been great, but that’s fine because I just go for a certain stylist now. The real reason for dissatisfaction is just how expensive the cuts have become. I’d be more inclined to tip better if the price wasn’t so high
