I was looking forward to the massage—it lasted one minute and it wasn’t much of a massage. I can get a haircut and a shampoo elsewhere for much less

Lack of professionalism from the lady that cut my hair. Loved getting my hair cut there from Emily. But will be finding a new place to get my hair cut at.
I’m older than most, but the price seems high for a simple haircut. The stylists always do a good job, so that’s why I come back.

Clean, did not have to wait. Stylist was friendly and informed me about everything she was doing. I enjoyed my first visit. Will be returning.
My son and I went in for our first visit and we're disappointed. I paid for the MVP and got none of the services, they did not offer any other packages. Very cold and not very welcoming, we figured our first experience would have been good but far from it.

Great customer service, i was the last customer of the day, and when i left my hair was a little off and they allowed me to come back in (after the store was closed) and touch it up for me. Very kind people.
