The stylist that completed Xerxes haircut was either having a bad day or just a bad attitude. Not good customer service. I didn't appreciate the attitude to a child, especially given this was my 9 year old grandson. I did request prior to his haircut for her to "be kind" which should never have to be a reminder to someone in such a customer service industry. I had both of my grandsons in for haircuts on Sunday unfortunately I paid prior to Xerxes haircut being completed and tipped what I feel generous $20. The total bill was $76 and for the customer service to be lacking especially directed at a child. I regret tipping that particular stylist.
Tiffany is such an amazing stylist. She's been cutting my son's hair since he was a little boy. She always does an amazing job.
It was fast. The stylist was very polite and listened to my needs and did a great job. Monique was awesome!!

Ashley was great, I had stopped going to Sports clip in Alvin because I never got the hair cut I wanted. I needed a hair cut Saturday as said why not lets try again, and to my surprise Ashley asked how I wanted my hair cut and cut it exactly how I like it. I will be coming back again.

I've been coming to see Hennessys to cut my hair for long time. She always does a great job on my hair. She's extremely courteous and recommends products when I need them.
First visit in a very long time. Velma was amazing and did an incredible job. I hate upselling but after getting everything for free the first time, I’ll probably ask for the same going forward.

Lucy gave me the best haircut that I have had in 40 years! Nice and even with no faux pas. Very relaxing, felt refreshed and rejuvenated.
