Good haircut for a good price. Friendly stylists and the washout/head massage is very relaxing.
My stylist Grace was outstanding, she was very friendly, helpful, and gave me an excellent haircut and wash. She made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. The facility was clean and online check-in made for a very short wait. Highly recommend Grace and this store.

I had a bad haircut recently, so I came to get it fixed. Corrine explained exactly what was wrong and why, and then she fixed it. 10 out of 10 will come back to see her specifically.

Because the person that was after me on the list checked up before me I had to wait 14mn more as he was taken care of before me. What is the purpose of the list if you just have to check to be first ?
Check in is unfair——hair cuts should be first come first served. Stylist availability is too random. Quality of haircuts is highly inconsistent.

Getting a haircut is just one thing out of about five errands that I try to get done. I generally just walk into Sports Clips on Barker Cypress Rd. Normally the wait is acceptable. Bree was available to cut my hair. She did a wonderful job along with being just a nice person.

Tonya is the BEST! Even though we drive past 2 other locations to get there, Tonya is worth the drive. Her shop is very well run and exemplary. A new location just opened very near us in Jordan Ranch, I'll still go literally the extra miles to visit her location.
