Everyone I have run into has said this is the best looking haircut I’ve ever had. Katie is the one that cut my hair and she really did a good job. She was friendly and quick.
Hailey was awesome. I’m disabled in a wheelchair and she was very helpful and kind. She was patient with me and concerned about my comfort and asked if I’d liked my haircut. Which I did. I definitely recommend her and I will definitely ask for her again.
Great Hairdresser’s like Leyla. Nice friendly group of people. Easy to get your hair done at convenient times. Very reasonable prices for services provided.
The last two times I went and had my haircut, I had to go home and fix it. Both times the cut was uneven and I had to fix it. The last time was the same and when I used the #2 guard, which I asked for, I cut alot of hair that was missed.

I don’t understand what happened when I entered the establishment. I’m pretty sure I had selected Chelsea as my stylist. I was hoping my stylist would be confirmed between Chelsea and Maria, I was never asked. Maria told me I was next in line to get service from her, I begrudgingly agreed.
Maria was aggressive during the cut & it felt rushed. As a former Tmobile manager, I can understand when a customer has to be rushed If the store is busy, this place was empty.
The nail in the coffin for me was Maria’s forgetfulness when we discussed. I was very clear when I asked her to get rid of my sideburns, she never did. She left me sideburns.
I left that day disappointed with the miscommunication between Chelsea and Maria & my experience with Maria during the cut
Moving forward, I will coordinate my visits better when either stylist is available. I will MAKE SURE I have selected MY PREFERRED stylist on the App to avoid any further miscommunications between the stylists & the customer
Only Alice OR Chelsea will touch my hair, I will pass on Maria.

Service was great, Anny was amazing. First time someone had given me a foil cut and it not hurt. The attention to detail was superb. Not my usually location but will definitelycome back just for her again.
