Convenient location, easy to check in online, fun conversations with staff and a very nice quality hair cut.
Lottie is awesome she is very detailed. She trims the sides to suit me and leaves the top longer for my wife’s preference.
Hollie was great to work with. We talked through a hairstyle that made sense for me at this stage, and she gave good, practical input. She worked efficiently but didn’t cut corners (just the hair), and the conversation made the whole visit enjoyable.

Customer service is the best
Signing in is easy and if you select the next available stylist the wait time is usually very short. I can easily communicate with the stylist about my hair cut and they always give me what I ask for. They clean me up pretty good too so i can keep going without having to go home and remove any loose hair that is still on me. My kind of haircut.
Ease of scheduling, cost of service, quality of care and most importantly, the personality of the stylist.
The service was not totally unsatisfactory, but an experienced stylist should be able to read the terrain, and in combination with what the clients want, be able to deliver a near perfect results.
