Your appointment algorithm is all kinds of messed up! I walked in and said first available. 17 minute wait time. No one spoke to me. I asked what’s up after 45 minutes. My wait time counted down to 5, on deck, 3 minutes, got a text saying on deck, 2 minutes, on deck back 2 minutes. What the heck is going on!? Tameka was fine. Your system is broke! P. S. I have been to Sport Clips over 300 times. It may be time to switch to the Boardroom.
The employees are very professional providing excellent service. They take time to listen and ask questions as to the service needed. I wear hearing aids and steps were taken to make sure they were protected. If questions were asked she gets close and speaks clearly when asking questions. That type of service is what this 77 year old man appreciates.

The hairstylists are generally very thorough and do a good job. Sometimes the wait times are a little long though.
I'VE BEEN GOING TO SPORTSCLIPS, DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS. MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. THE STYLYST SAID SHE COULD NOT CUT MY HAIR BECAUSE IT WAS TOO OILY / GREASY FOR HER SCISSORS AND TRIMMERS. BTW THE ONLY THING I PUT IN MY HAIR IS THE LEAVE IN CONDITIONER THAT I GET FROM YOU ALL. SO SHE HAD TO WASH MY HAIR BEFORE SHE WOULD CUT MY HAIR - THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. SHE STARTED CUTTING MY HAIR THEN SHE APPLYS LEAVE IN CONDITIONER BEFORE SHE CUTS THE REST. I TOLD HER THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD IN MY HAIR. ALL SHE DID WAS COMPLAIN TO THE OTHER STYLYSTS WHILE SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD GETTING MY HAIR CUT!!! NOT SURE THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!
