Eva was great. She was very welcoming and personable. We spoke for the majority of the haircut and she was very kind and professional. She worked with me to get the hairstyle down that I wanted, with limited info provided on my end. She went the extra mile and gave me several tips on how to style or work with my hair type. Eva made the experience great and she is wonderful at what she does.

The stylist was not confident and did not provide options for type of hair cut! I requested a #3 blend; and sides and back were not blended at all.....they did not know how to find the Astros telecast; no idea what station they were being broadcast!!!

Nvia seems to be genuinely interested in knowing her customers hair cut preferences and this is precisely why I try to target her days on the clock when I need a cut. It's worked for me.
