I enjoy being able to check-in online so that I am not forced to wait for a long time in the waiting area before I am seated for a haircut. Was in for a correction from a previous cut the same day. The stylist was very kind and corrected all my concerns.
Stylist left several patches of uncut hair. Trimmers were very sharp and scratch marks were left on my neck for several hours after the appointment. Beard was very uneven. Ended up going to another SportsClips to complete the cut correctly. Stylist at Texas City location noted the scratch marks on my neck as well as the right side of my head being cut unevenly. Stylist also found the neck line of the beard was very uneven and the hair behind the ears was ever trimmed. Stylist also noted the mustache was not trimmed evenly and several long hairs remained.
i asked for a simple not too short trim, all same length, and started by cutting my hair by a lot, and when i asked why are you doing this she replies by i thought you told me you don't know what you want. i've been going there for the past 3 years, almost never satisfied with a cut.
Love the app, I can pick my favorite stylist and know the wait time. My stylist knows what I like and does and excellent job. She is courteous and professional.
Not below average, so thought that was good. It took me years to find someone to consistently give me a great haircut. Every time I would get a good haircut that person would stop working there. Not sure if I recommend this place to someone they will get to find that.
