The stylists did a good job and were friendly.
Not sure why my daughter was charged for MVP AND an extra $10 precision cut. She didn’t receive any of the MVP treatments. It was given a varsity cut plus precision…
Her cut was fine but layers weren’t freshened up. The focus was solely on the precision but not on the whole haircut.
I receive a trim and freshen up layers and my layers just look so sad. The bottom layer is thick and heavy and the rest of the “layers” are so light and whispy that my hair looks so weird. I’m giving it a few days to hopefully end up relaxing and looking better. But we’re not likely to return.
Honestly, I’d love a refund but I really don’t want to go back into the store. I’m happy for it to be a lesson learned and we’ll look elsewhere next time :)

good haircut and good conversation
Always been very happy there but the lady I had this time was borderline unfriendly, very unlike everyone I had here before. She sat me at 90 degrees an when tired to looked awkwardly at the guy next to me getting his hair cut and asked to face the mirror, she told me it was sports clip policy to have the seat face the television. Except the television is next to the mirror…. So if you really want to comply you do a 20 degree angle not a 90!! I think it was more convenient for her because she was close to her tools. I did not want to argue with her she was done in 10min max, did not ask if it was ok, did not show me the back, she was probably the worst hairdresser I had in 30 years.
