Aida was very good on my hair and super nice. In the past 10 years or so, I feel that every single stylist that has cut my hair, has been super!! My son was ten years old when I first started coming in with my kiddo Anthony who also was styled there as well. Not one stylist pulled or hurt his head. I'll give you one critical piece of advice..... do not place a whip cracking manager that's way younger than your stylists that are creating the ideal environment for a family who just wants kind people to care for their heads. Big or small like my Anthony once was, although his head is big like mine now, I come back for the kind and efficient haircut. Not the rude manager snapping fingers at her girls with ridiculous demands. I do not remember the name of lady that I saw that was bitchy with the stylists but that should not be the business model that this awesome place should be adopting!!

I brought my son for a haircut and specifically said do not cut the back. Trim the front so itās out his eyes and then do a taper fade on the sides. I looked over and he started cutting chunks off the back. I said no please do not cut any more off the back, even though the damage was done at that point. He said yea yea. Then proceeded to cut the back all the way down to his skin. I then said ok can you actually fade the sides because he did not cut them, there no fading. Itās like a 5 to a 1 it looks insane. And then the front is completely uneven.
My son was very upset as he has been growing his hair out he gasped when he realized it was gone. He then told me that the guy kept āscraping his skinā when he was doing his neck. Weāve had several haircuts down to the skin, and he has never said that. Iām very disappointed and I really should not have even paid for this service at all. I tried more then once to save and redirect the situation and still came out with a disaster. Iām not sure who this gentleman was but I really just feel the need for yall to know so he doesnāt continue to do this to other customers. I also would really quite frankly like a refund.
