Your stylists are all excellent! My absolute favorite is Joana. She is a fantastic stylist all around—from recommending fresh style ideas and suggestions to being an incredibly experienced, professional hairstylist. She delivers a perfect haircut and style every single time.
I completely understand now why my wife and friends love getting their hair done. The experience is incredibly relaxing, and the VIP package is my absolute favorite. The new scent of the shampoo was fantastic, I believe it was the Amber sent, but I can’t remember the name of the actual shampoo brand.
I like that I can schedule my appointment with a hairstylist that I prefer for cutting the small amount of hair still on my head. She does a great job! Her name is Melodie.

Got a great haircut and the stylist was really friendly.
The app and getting a place in line remotely does not work. I reserve my spot and it said it would be ready in 17 minutes. I showed up in store when it said to. But then said 38 minutes not sure how I got bumped but what’s the point of her reserving a spot if you get bumped? Honestly, I will probably start going somewhere else because the app and reservation process is aggravating.
