I had to argue with the person and then have them blame me because I said the length was good in the middle of the haircut she finishes and it is crooked in multiple places and repeatedly had to ask how she can't see that it looks terrible and ended up having to walk out and just shave most of my beard off.

I visited this new Sport Clips location because of the advertised free haircut promotion. After my haircut, I was told the promotion wouldn’t be honored due to a misunderstanding between the marketing team and the store owner, and I was charged full price.
Customers shouldn’t have to pay for an internal miscommunication. I’m requesting a full refund, as the promotion was the reason I chose your store.
Bertha Was my stylist. She was pleasant and skilled at doing my haircut. When she washed my hair afterwards, she went above and beyond with a facial cream treatment, hot towel, and a thorough, massaging shampoo.
I will definitely ask for her nedt time I am in.
