I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t pick for a hair wash for my son but after the haircut the hairstylist said since I had picked her, she had to do a hair wash. She should have said something ahead of time so I could choose or not to pick her.

Great haircut
Allow the computer to take less than the preprogrammed tip. 25% as the lowest preprogrammed tip is crazy! Pay the stylists! And while it’s a service based business 25-50+% is simply insane!
