I always get a great haircut shampoo and massage. Yasmin did a great job today, she showed that she cared and me to have a great experience.
Properly train stylist the pay attention to what is being asked of them. Previous haircut notes say what is wanted. My stylist went too high as I mentioned multiple times not to go higher than a specific area. The manager had to step in and fix her mistakes. Very disappointed that it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll leave with the haircut you asked for.
Rachel is the reason that I have been visiting this Sport's Clips for 15-20 years. She's friendly and does a great job on my hair.

Rocio gave an absolutely terrible haircut. She could not fade the hair properly and does not understand basic haircut terminology. She would only use electric sheers on the top even though being told multiple times I wanted it texturized / point cut. The impression I get is that electric sheers are the only tool she knows how to use.

What I appreciated most was the customer service given to not just me but to everyone by Rosario. She was polite to everyone in the shop. She was very personable to her clients and other guest, she embodied the brand by making everyone feel like they are the MVP.
