The lady to cut my hair did an exceptional job. She asked what I cared for and then not only did she meet, but she exceeded what I was looking for and when I came out of there, my hair and beard look great. Kudos.
I had a bad experience at Champion Forest Sport Clips yesterday. first, I used a promo code for free MVP haircut. once I showed that to Sandra. she was very skeptical and asked me too many questions like is this your first time to be here and took too much time reading everything in the original email. this was very embarrassing as if I'm having fake discount. although when she applied the code it was working and asked her colleagues about the email and all of them said that is OK.
the second terrible experience is when I arrived there was a TV show talking about religion. I though they might have a church service because It was Sunday morning. then the show became very controversial and attacking another religion. this was very offensive and I was not comfortable sitting there. I am assuming at sport clips the customer will enjoy sport while waiting and watch something fun especially there are many sport activities at that time. Thanks for hearing the feedback from my last visit to Sport clips. hope you consider these issues in the future. I'll think twice before going there again!

I’ve been getting my haircut done by Grace for a while now and every time I come in she always has a bright smile on her face. My haircut always looks amazing and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I fully recommend going to sports clips and definitely recommend going to Grace. You will not be disappointed!
Nadia cuts amazing hair she’s knows how to do barber cut and scissors cut she’s always friendly and she takes her time cutting not rushing you out the chair every time I get my haircut by her people stop me and ask where I get my haircut They be surprised when I tell them sports clips Nadia did it i’ve been coming to her for over three years and I will never change to a different Hairstylist.
I love going to Farrah. I probably would not use sports clip if not for her. All of the other associates I have ever used seem to be more interested in chatting with their cohorts and most cant cut and talk as the same time so they jsut stop and talk.
Staff more appropriately for forecastable high demand times. For instance this Sunday was the first day open after the holiday and only 3 stylist were available at opening - but the line was over an hour long.
The cut was fast, was not asked what type of service I wanted. No wash, just a quick cut. When I got home, I washed my hair and realized it was still to long on the top and sides. There seemed to be a bit of Communication issues with the stylist. For the first time since visiting Sport Clips, I am not happy with my cut. I now have to find someone else and pay again for a cut.

I come to sports clip because of Ava. She knows how to cut my hair and does the best job that I found any other local barbershops. I highly recommend her.

The stylist treated my elderly father with such kindness. She also gave him a great haircut. He enjoyed having his hair washed, the hot towel on his face and massage.

I never have been the biggest fan of sport clips honestly but Mrs. Pixie is the reason I would recommend this location. She is an exemplary employee and does an outstanding job cutting hair. She clearly enjoys what she does and takes pride in it. She has people lined up in the parking lot waiting specifically for her and I see why.
Liked hair cut but price seems expensive and we didn't make request to shampoo and towel, charged $34.
