Thi and the Manager were both awesome. I have a son who is an adult with Autism and the manager and Thi were so kind to my son and I.
Thi is extremely patient because my son can be a little distracting while you are cutting his hair, but she was amazing in every way.

Forest did an excellent haircut, as always.
Your queâing system sucks for those of us with difficult hair /heads and like certain people to cut it. You canât see if your hair cut person is there b4 they open, or what their schedule is for the week so those with busy lives can plan accordingly. (Who picks up kids from school, take kids to afterschool activities, coordinating w/ spouses, etc.) The new system that allows us to set a time window is a big step forward but it also still has its bugs. I went from an ETA of 1 hour+ to âyouâre up next/itâs almost your turn,â or whatever it said in 10-15 minutes. And when I live 40 minutes away thatâs a big deal where you have to get there quick or lose your spot. Unfortunately my personâs day fills up for the day in under an hour when her signup window opens. Keep working on improvements to the system. Yâall arenât there yet. Finally took a step in the right direction though.

Lois consistently gives me great haircuts in a short amount of time. If not cut properly, my hair doesnât comb right and looks uneven. Lois cuts it perfectly every time. I like the app check in too.

I went to the Sport Clips at 3026 College Park Dr Ste. D, The Woodlands, TX 77384 yesterday and had my hair cut by Sarah... but it turned out terribleâcrooked and impossible to style... I am very disappointed and upset about the whole thing! Is it possible to get a refund? I paid $38.00 for the cut and left a $7.00 tip... Please let me know, because I want to go somewhere else to get my hair cut... Thank you very much.
