the stylist did a terrible job cutting my sons hair. he wanted a fade and to keep most of his long hair on top and communicated that to her. she gave him a buzz cut that looks terrible and he's ashamed of. just watching her I could tell she had no idea how to cut hair. she did not know how to do a fade so she just get shaving his head higher and higher. The end result looks terrible and he's having to deal with all the comments from people now about his terrible hair. He First name removed be sure to tell everyone where he got the terrible haircut from. You have some good stylists at this location (Monique and Tonya) and I should have insisted that one of them cut his hair. To have a stylist that is so terrible as the one we had on your staff is why people stop coming to value haircut establishments. We are multi-year customers of this location but having such a poor stylist has led my son to say 'never again' for Sports Clips haircuts so you've lost some customers for a very long time.

The stylist was professional, nice and pleasant to talk with and the atmosphere was relaxing. I’m very satisfied with the quality of my haircut and will be returning.
She seemed to be in a rush, she kept checking the time. Although she followed the “directions,” she cut too high on my head with the clippers making it too shorty overall, I hate short hair…. She washed my hat with cold water and didn’t ask if it was ok to adjust the water. The wash was short, much shorter than usual. The shoulder massage just sucked. I could have done better by rubbing up against a wall. She seemed like she had someplace else to be or something was on her mind. I don’t usually get such poor service, I am actually considering it HT er stores since the price is so high anyway.

Best stylist I have had in a long time
The stylist took a very long time prior to my appointment. I waited 30 minutes beyond my original 20 min wait time as indicated on the app. This means that the stylist had already spent 40 minutes with the previous client prior to my turn.
Neidy is the best stylist . she needs a raise from management especially if this store has received more than enough profits from her work.
