I have been trying to find a new regular stylist to see. I don't want to be mean or ruin someone's career... But I must be honest in that I received a haircut that was so sloppy and far from what I asked that it had me panicking the night before going back to work the next day. I think her name was Alice. Very sweet, doing her best (I think) and gave me a card to see her again. I will be avoiding a haircut with her on the grounds that I had asked for a fade, didn't get one, I said I push my hair to the side in the morning and she interpreted that as a come over type cut. The back/sides were uneven and it really stuck out. I went home and used my trimmer to just buzz my hair short because it was so off. She put a gel product in before I left when I said no product. She gave me the mirror to check things out but I felt rushed and didn't get to really see it before leaving. I left my normal tip because that is someone's livelihood and I don't care to financially ruin someone but I will not be returning to this location to see her.

I arrived with plenty of time before closing, but the staff acted like they didn’t want to work. During my haircut, the stylist nicked each of my ears twice and just shrugged it off. That lack of care was unacceptable.
I usually go to another Sport Clips location, but I chose this one because I was nearby. Big mistake. Between the attitude and the way the stylist handled nicking my ears, I won’t be returning.
Roshelle has been cutting my hair for over 10 years, She does an excellent job in cutting my hair.

Your sign in is not working correctly. i had sign in online with the app and sat in the sitting area and a person who walked in after me be selected before me. His name was not on the list of names until he walked in. This was not the first time this has happen.
Second, the stylist are slow and not very good. The MVP sucks and I wouldn't pay for another one ever. I wouldn't even take a free one they sucked so bad. Learn how to do a head message. A 4-year-old could give better than that.
I've been going here for 20 plus years, but I'm done with you place and will be looking for a new place to get haircuts.

Great service at a great price
I've always receive a good haircut at your shop on FM1488. However, I felt the technician that recently cut my hair (Kaitlin), and has in the past, seemed a little abrupt and more rough handed with her comb and scissors than I had experienced in the past. She seemed unhappy about something. Normally she has always been very pleasant. The change was enough to be evident.
Angel was wonderful. She did a great job on my sons hair. He normally is super quiet at the barber, but not this time. Ms. Angel had him giggling and talking the whole time. She is great and friendly.
Before entering your establishment a homeless man approached me for some spare change. I gave him all the cash I had then proceeded to enter Supercuts. I was greeted by a white woman with tattoos and snakebite piercings but her greeting was disrespectful. The first thing she said to me after I said good afternoon was "you got drugs?" I asked her to repeat herself and sure enough she asked again "drugs?" She was eluding to the money I gave the homeless man... I absolutely do not appreciate her unprofessionalism. After that the three women working the counter argued over who was going to cut my hair. They came to the conclusion the new hire would cut my hair and she cut more that just hair. The back of my neck is burning and cut by the stylist electric razor. Should I get an infection I will be seeking legal action.

The person who cut my hair was so much fun to talk to and normally I hate talking while getting getting my hair cut but she made it such and enjoyable experience being able to go back and forth about things we have in common and our interests. My haircut went by super quick and looks wonderful as well. Very comfortable and have zero complaints I was taken care of like family.
