Marri is by far the best barber/stylist I’ve ever had, every time I come in for a haircut she’s always the one you hear first to greet you, she’s very friendly and super professional and I leave with a smile every time.

My fade wasn’t blended properly, and i’m not sure how it can be made right.
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I went in expecting a professional haircut and left feeling frustrated with both the result and the overall service.
The haircut itself did not meet my expectations at all. It felt rushed, lacked attention to detail, and didn’t match what I had clearly asked for. On top of that, the hairdresser’s attitude came across as unprofessional. There was a lack of communication throughout the appointment, and I didn’t feel like my preferences were being considered.
Customer service is just as important as the final result, and unfortunately both fell short here. I hope improvements are made, because this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I was expecting.

I showed the lady that cut my a picture of what I want. It was not even close. I have had my hair cut there many times before with other ladies that work there and they have done it just right. The lady that cut my the other day didn’t do it right. I have a wedding to attend this Friday and would like to get it fixed

One word best describes my experience is consistency. I couldn’t care less about the whole dumb sports theme of the franchise it’s the quality of the haircut that’s given. Nine times out of ten it’s done exactly the way I want and the one time it’s me wanting to try something a little different but not fully liking it but that’s on me lol.
I always use the same stylis Yesenia, she does a great job every time and if shes not working I just dont go because thats when I KNOW Im Getting a good haircut!

Friendly staff, good cuts, and fast
Haircut wasn’t bad, however, the lady cutting my hair had to take about 5 breaks because she was sick and coughing so much. Fast forward to today and now I’m sick.
I usually go to the Pasadena location for my son’s haircut. We went to the Webster location because we were in the area. I had to take my son to the Pasadena location last night because his hair was not blended up well. She did not ask me to check his hair before he was out of the chair.
