The service was just what i was looking for. Needed a 1.5 inch off the top and wedge in the lower back with whispy neck . Sports Clips is not just for men the hairdresser was lovely and very accomplished! Loved the job.

This was the best hair cut that I have ever had. The lady, Carla, that cut my hair was fantastic. She made some suggestions that I really liked. When she finished my hair looked great. She was very skillful in the way that she cut my hair.
I sent the following complaint to Corporate Complaint Department on y'all's website 10/8/26 (10 min ago.) so Corporate should have me Email address removed email to contact me.
Complaint: On Sun 10/4/26, I was charged $33 for a MVP.
I only got the Varsity haircut. Should have been about $25 or so. I got the rec't after I paid & told my stylist, Tonya, that she charged me for a MVP vs Varsity. She told me that the only one who could do anything about it was the district manager, Victoria, & she would call me the next day. NO ONE has called me nor put a credit on my VISA & today is 10/8. I would like an apology & coupon for a free haircut. Spent 30-60 min on this.
Assuming Tonya made an innocent mistake, she should have ensured that Victoria called me.
I find it hard to believe that a store manager couldn't fix a problem like this on the spot. I've waited 4 days and NO ONE has called. I had to go check my credit card online and see that the $33 payment was received by y'all on Tuesday, 6Oct26 but NO credit has been given back to me.
I've been y'alls customer for over 10 years. Sometimes things just fall thru the cracks so I can understand sometime things happen, but I would hope someone from your corporate office or the Kirkwood/Memorial Store look up my credit card on their machine and put the price difference back on my card and then email me an apology. If they can't find my credit card info, then they should email me to call them and I can give it to them on the phone or drop by on my way home to get the $$ back on my credit card. Since I've had to take about 60 min of my own time to do all this writing and checking my own credit card, I also think it would be nice of y'all to at least email me a coupon for a free haircut.
