The people are nice and professional
I love that you can check in online and you don’t really have to sit and wait. We live our stylist Emily at the Tomball location! She is so sweet and always does a great job on my son and husbands hair.

I did not like the person who cut my hair. I came for a cut. He didn't like the face I wanted it shorter to cut back trips for haircuts. Also, he made me feel I was not $$$ so rushed thru the haircut. I know my hair and what needs to be done to make it look good. Yes I watch my budget but that doesn't make me any less of a client.
Quick service
They review your last haircut items and ask if you want the same efforts. They also offer 1.5 instead of 2.0 for the sides. This is usual efforts for whoever is my barber.

I like Melba, who is the only stylist that I will see. The store is clean, enjoy the sports programming and friendly greeting when I arrive.
