I logged in and created my appointment. I promptly left the house and showed up at the correct time and walked in. They sat me down and had all the things I had done last time. Super fast.

Why on the commercials does it always show people getting like a hot towel and all these other extras, but I have never ever been offered that I don’t get a shampoo. I don’t get that hot towel. I mean overall my service is OK. It’s not extraordinary or great, but I’m just curious how do I get the stuff they show on the commercials.
