My barber was very friendly, very thorough, and super polite. She cut my hair fast but efficiently and edged and trimmed my beard just like I wanted it.

I go there and get the same haircut every time and everyone does it different even though my notes say what it is and I tell them. Never get a consistent haircut.
I find the app incredibly helpful for determining available locations and appointment times. It is also very valuable to have my preferred cut profile available in your system for any location I visit.
Most people I know prefer higher-end barbers or stylists, but for those who prefer a more budget-friendly haircut (like I do), SportClips is who I would recommend. I think SportClips is well-positioned at their skill level and price point. While there is definitely inconsistency between stylists, that is to be expected with so many locations across such a large service area. Overall they are the best cut for the price, in my opinion.
Too expensive now. Used to be $10 for a haircut. $32 is crazy for 5 minutes of work.
