Kimmy, my stylist is very professional. Listens to my requests for cutting my hair, eyebrows, mustache and goatee. Excellent customer service. That is why I keep coming back to Sport Clips Aliana Store. Check her out if you want an awesome haircut.
Took my 10 year-old there for a haircut. The lady cutting his hair was so busy trying to go home for the evening even though we had a 630 appointment she became irritated with every single thing that my son did even getting in his face and fussing at him. The only reason I didn’t yell at her is because I didn’t want his hair to end up completely screwed up. My son broke down in tears when we got outside the shop. We will never be back and I would never recommend this place.
Friendly service, easy to schedule
Jocelyn was great! Love the haircut! Highly recommend! Great to have such a close location
Stylist remembers my preferences and is always pleasant
Having appointments and my individual service provider Eliona she is great
Great service.
Teresa took care of my father today. She was so great and such a wonderful haircut and beard trim. She cuts my hair also and always, always does such a great job.
Andy does a great job. Meticulous/pays more attention to detail than other stylists. I also like Tea Tree products. Revised app check-in procedure is also a plus.
Expected a 5 minute wait and it was over 10 minutes.
Great service and a fantastic cut.
Great customer service.

Efficient. Little wait time.
I really enjoyed having my hair cut by Melodie. She was very polite and a great stylist. I live in Huntsville Texas but it well worth the drive to continue to have her cut my hair from now on. The store was absolutely impeccable and the other stylist’s greated me as well.
Looking forward to coming back again and again to Melodie. She is wonderful
Makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in
Great haircut, great service
Your service ultimately comes down to the stylist. My stylist, Delia, was OUTSTANDING.
Service is always prompt and the online check in is great.
We've been visiting sports clips for many years. This was not our best experience. The stylist spent 15 minutes sweeping hair while making us wait. Then she offered to shampoo my son's hair but didn't tell him there was a charge. He's a minor & would not know any better. Fortunately he said 'no.' And his haircut was just okay. We may come back to this location but will be sure we do not get this stylist.
The professionalism of Alicia. She is attentive to all the details. I will schedule with her always.
Lucy provided excellent service at my appointment.
I would not go back to this location. I signed in was next in line for next available. The male barber finished and ignored me till the other barber was done. I felt almost discriminated against. Then the lady that cut my hair gave me the worst haircut I have ever had at sports clips. I will never go back to this location.
I thought the price was a little high for a basic haircut.
