I've been going to sportclips for years. My old location closed, and this one is the nearest me now. The stylist was excellent, although I usually go with first available and have never had an issue.

I've been patronizing the same location for maybe 20 years and the biggest complaint I have is the turnover rate. As soon as I get somebody that knows how to cut my hair properly, they leave and it requires training a new person(s).

Improve your wait procedure. When I signed in from home, had zero minute wait. When I arrived at store, signed in, board showed me on deck, first available stylist. but over time other people arrived and my estimated time dropped to 9 minutes and a person who was behind me was taken before me. I will stop using Sportsclips if I cannot trust the wait time procedure.
Jazz did a wonderful job taming my wild, unruly, ratty end hair. She was very considerate of my situation and explained how to care for my hair.
