Excellent friendly service with experts, specifically Kendra is wonderful and really knows what she's doing. I love the steamed face towel and shampoo at the end, you come out of the experience feeling like a fresh new person.
I schedule my day around when Farah is available. That should be pretty clear of how great she is.

Very easy to get in and the services are not slowed down by things besides a haircut. I use the same stylist, so she was able to give advice on a new style
I have been going to this location for many years because of Hyesun. She is congenial , polite, friendly, great listener & courteous. Quality of cut/style is spot on. Never a bad experience in all of these years.

Geneva was incredible yesterday, she was friendly and my haircut was done quick. She also showed me a great shampoo that I purchased.
It's a usually a little hit or miss on the quality of the hair cut. I've giving a 6 for likelihood of recommending, and NOT this past visit.
This past visit was the worst I had, by a wide margin, over the past 15 years or so I've been going there. Based on the receipt, it was Corinne that cut my hair. I walked in the door at 3:07pm. I walked out the door at 3:18pm. In that time, I checked in, sat for 30 seconds or so, got in the chair, hair cut, shampoo, hot cloth, "styling", and paid the bill. All in 10-11 minutes. Really, about 9 minutes from the time I sat in the chair to when I got up at the end. 9 minutes for an MVP! She was not pleasant at all. She just ran those trimmers as fast as she could, virtually no scissors on the top, didn't asks me how to do anything, didn't do the massage, etc. Worst experience ever here. I'm pretty sure I saw the others working there give her a shocking look since they were all working on the same people there were minutes earlier when I got there. Makes me question ever going back.
I like that my cut is always done the way I like it and in a timely manner.
