Your sign-up app is still a little cumbersome. It is not necessary to select the stylist and then have to approve the selection 1 more time to be placed in rotation.

I am not sure which lady cut my son's hair but I asked her about a cow lick in which she told me she did not want to cut it because it would stick up more. The hair all around his head was very uneven. I literally fixed the cut myself when I got home. I have used this location before and never had an issue with the cow lick. Everyone before this stylist was able to cut his hair just fine. I knew there would be an issue when she was only using one hand the whole time she was cutting his hair. I was thinking the whole time, is she afraid to get close to him, is she scared to touch him... It made no since to stand so far away from my son while cutting his hair. Honestly, she just looked lazy!

Hi! I would like to request a refund for today’s haircut. I received a buzz cut, which is not at all what I requested. By the time I realized what the stylist was doing, it was too late. My preferred stylist has been Mimi for a longtime now, but she was not working today, so I had to grab the first available. This is not good!

Excellent people skills
All they use is electric clipper and no scissors. Hair was not evenly , cut on both sides. Did not notice this until I got home
