Great service and the online checkin!
I love the vibes when I first saw enter every location. Always greeted genuinely by a member of the staff, if not everyone. The atmosphere has helped me out of a bad mood a couple times. I am really appreciative of the fact that every location is tidy and clean. Thank you all for all the hard work and dedication!
Friendly staff and my haircut always looks great.

Alice, by far, gives the best haircut I've ever had. Since I lucked into her services a few months ago, I have been making appointments with her ever since, whichever store (Med Center or Taylor St). I like the kindness and good personalities of the stylist. They are all good at what they do and make you feel welcome. Stef is the best and I have started going strictly to her.

I went online to set an appointment. I was first and all stylists were available. I chose first available. I arrived before the deadline to keep my place and there is a guy in front of me on the line up board and suddenly all the stylists have a customer.
This is not what generates repeat business. I should have been first rather than having to wait 10 minutes. Get this FIXED!!!! If it happens again I won’t be back.
