My son didn’t like her, she kept asking him to get off my cellphone.(that keeps him to sit still for her) she kept poking at him to sit up instead using the booster for him. I gave her the exact thing I wanted and she didn’t do it! I don’t know but I don’t think she understood English. I’m so frustrated. I can show you pictures of my sons cut! I seriously just want my money back!

I mean overall experience was great, vibe was great felt like I was home it's just me paying 35 bucks I'm thinking yea this gonna be the one lol but my hairline isn't as straight as I thought it was cause I usually wear prescriptions and didn't have them on my hairline is pushed back fade is ok wanted a smooth cut no hair still had a little hair but I mean still overall cool experience cool vibe good potential probably won't come back but I mean still good experience

Normally service is good no matter which stylist cuts hair. Today was different. Logged in from home and arrived at 9:20. One brunette stylist cutting hair. Another - blonde- who my receipt says was named Stef literally blew dry her long hair on station 2 for 5 minutes while myself and another customer waited for her to finish her hair. She called me forward and I requested a trim since I would be traveling. She literally ripped through my cut/trim in 5 minutes. Saw from receipt I paid at 9:32 so 5 minutes confirmed. Checked my neck where I saw red marks from the trimmer teeth as she ripped it across back of neck. Hopefully just a bad day for her - we all have them - but if you hear from others may want to step in.
