Always get the cut I want.
Asked for an inch of the top but instead the top was cut an inch left. Hairstylist didn’t seem too happy to see people come in and was trying to rush thru the line
Verify what is in your database is what the customer wants to do and don't deviate. Too many times I have to stop them from using scissors. My haircut is very simple, #4 on the sides and #6 on top. But they want to bring out the scissors.

Hair stylists need to be more receptive to haircut ideas from their clients. This is particularly critical when dealing with young men and boys, who often struggle to clearly describe their desired look. They should make an effort to truly understand what the client wants, pay close attention to the haircut pictures and specific preferences, and clearly communicate if the desired cut is possible or offer suggestions based on the client's hair type.
Finally found someone to cut my hair like I want it.

I just received an emailed receipt for a transaction I did not conduct. I am literally 600 miles away from this store location. The credit card used was not mine so I was not financially harmed, but clearly someone did not adequately ascertain the identify of the person who was standing in front of them. It highlights that a company’s security policy is only as good as the staff and disciplined adherence to processes. I have no doubt the individuals involved did not see this as problematic or serious, but cyber security and identity fraud are very real issues. You need to have better training, recurring audits and inspection, and active monitoring before someone has a critical lapse or mistake and your company become liable for a criminals action because of negligence.
