Why is the price for kids' cuts so high ($22)? And the extra $10 fee to use a "special razor" is crazy because that makes it a $32 cut; I can go to a barber and spend less to get the exact same cut. Also, weve been showing the exact same picture of a cut my son wanted and have never been charged a $10 fee until this last visit which was wierd...I saw no difference in the cut with using this "special razor".

A good quality cut, no appointment necessary, knowledgeable stylists for men's haircuts (I do not have to guide them step by step through trimming eye brows, neck, etc.)

Stop asking your employees to offer products so aggressively. The other day I saw your corporate memo that said “you have to offer products at least three times. No exceptions.” Are you kidding me? No wonder, it is so annoying. Never bought anything at any of the stores and now made it a principle to never buy in the future. Now they started forcing you to shampoo every time. Gosh! You, corporate office, need to really stop driving people away from your business and start acting less desperate. The strategy needs to change. It’s been going downhill for years.
They listen to how I like my cut and are always fast friendly and professional even when under pressure at busy times. They are your best repetitive as a good business model and shold be rewarded for the great work they do. I will be a customer for a long time to come.

Your scheduling is a real pain. I got in line over an hour in advance and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after I arrived at the recommended time.
