i repeatedly ask for cuts a certain way, and very short ( just barely able to comb it ) but, next day after my haircut, left side is standing up waving at right side because it was not cut short enough. Same conversation , same result. SSDD
May be time to try somewhere else as I appear to be ignored.

Bianca does an amazing job on my hair every time I have her cut it. As you can see I’ve been having her cut my hair for that same reason.

Great customer service
It all comes down to the stylist. Overall, the store is very basic; the TV quality and sports shows are just okay. Often, the video feed on the TVs is subpar, BUT this has nothing to do with the team members. I go back because of the stylist, Alice. She listens and pays attention to what i want. She often goes the extra mile. Just in this visit, she saw that I was hot from just coming in. She sat me down and turned the hair dryer on to blow cool air on me. She always makes sure to shave my neck from the wolf hairs. Also, in the last visit, she found a knot in my back with the massager and worked it out. She always checks to see if I need products but isn't pushy about it if I pass.
