Carla always does a great job every time I come see her. I started with Carla when she was in the Heights and have followed her to Magnolia simply for her professionalism and attention to detail. I am never disappointed in the results. You guys are lucky to have her at your location.
The people are always great. I wanted to address the app. Somehow it put me on a time range for my cut. I selected a 3:00-3:30 time and then close to 3:00, it sent a text telling me that my stylist was close to finishing ~18 mins. So when I arrived, it had dropped me off the list and had to wait an additional 30 mins for the next spot! Not good!
My stylist was great, the app was a problem! Please fix this

I really appreciate the level of care and expertise I receive every time I visit. Cayden, who has been cutting my hair for the past few months, consistently delivers an outstanding experience. He takes the time to understand my style, checks in on which products I’m using, and offers thoughtful suggestions—especially as my hair has started to thin a bit. His guidance on Gibbs and Tea Tree products has made a noticeable difference. I love the water-based pomade, fiber cream, and the leave-in conditioner; they’re lightweight, easy to work with, and keep my hair looking great without feeling heavy. The combination of high-quality products and personalized service from a stylist who truly listens is what keeps me coming back.
The app is great to schedule appointments with and I enjoy the MVP services. Elva is the best!
