The stylist that I had last time was horrible, I will never visit sports clips again. She was rude and it was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. the haircut may have taken 3 minutes, and my wife had to fix it when I got home
I appreciated that Myra checked in with me at several points about what I was looking for, and made it easy to speak up about things I needed/wanted. She made me feel very comfortable in her chair and like I was being listened to. I am terrible with names, so the fact that I still remember hers speaks very positively of my experience!
I loved the hairstylist, I believe his name was Baraa. He was truly amazing and very cooperative. Additionally, the waiting room atmosphere was great!
The c wait was 40 minutes when I signed in. It took an hour and 18 minutes, almost double. This is the second time out of 4 times coming this has happened. Amanda the stylist was great but your system is unacceptable.
Very easy to check in and get in line to get a haircut. Atmosphere it pretty chill. Also, appreciate how Brenda understands how I want my hair to be cut.
I wasn’t disappointed at all! I was happy. Madelyn is the best stylist. I rated Sport Clips at “6” because most of the girls who work for Sport Clips do not know how to provide a professional haircut. I woke up on Saturday morning, logged into the Sport Clips app at 10:05 AM, just five minutes after they had opened. There was already a one hour and 48 minute wait to get a haircut with Madelyn! — That speaks volumes. I’d be willing to bet that you couldn’t find another Sport Clips stylist within 100 miles that has the type of clientele that she does. 👍🏻 .

The cost for a haircut is not cheap by any stretch of the means. Requesting a high and tight costs Extra...(The only place ever)....one of the quickest cuts you can do. Compared to a style...
Considering your standard cut starts at $32 plus $10 just to use a shaver on my head....
So $40 for a $20 haircut (average for my area)...
The stylist was GOOD. I gave her a nice tip.
Otherwise your pricing is well over priced.
Ke’anna is fantastic. Been going to her for 10 years. She moved to this shop 30 minutes away, but am happy to drive that far to have her cut my hair. She runs a tight ship and everyone in the shop is very friendly.
