Zai has been my stylist several times. Well of course she’s a great stylist. Who does exactly how you ask.. she’s always positive and friendly .. of course some customers just like to get their haircut and leave… for others of us. It’s a chance to chat a little bit. Therefore, it’s really great that she is friendly, understanding, and, if nothing else just listens to us. Being from several different cities here in Texas, I can see she understands the differences of dealing with customers from different backgrounds … so yes I definitely recommend Zai not only as a top stylist, but of course a good person. Who does her best to keep it, friendly and professional.

First time Ivette cut my hair. She did a GREAT job. Very friendly and nice.
2 of the last 3 haircuts haven’t been good at all.
On my print out it says #1 on sides and scissors on top. I asked for a 0 and the same scissors on top. My hair is parted on the side and I comb it over. When he was finished it was completely the same length everywhere and extremely shorter than I’ve gotten on top. It looks like an army cut and I can’t comb over because it’s the same length everywhere. I have never complained about a haircut ever but this was bad, I won’t go back to this location anymore.
