I’ve been going to this Sport Clips location since 2023 and have always had a good experience. Over the years I’ve seen different managers come and go, but unfortunately my experience with the current manager, Shunyece, has changed things for the worse.
Previously, my total was consistently around $30–$35 including tip. Recently, however, the pricing seems to change from visit to visit depending on who is charging me, and it often feels like the manager is deciding the price on the spot. That inconsistency makes it difficult to trust what I’m going to be charged.
During my most recent visit, Shunyece also kept trying to talk with me throughout the haircut while moving very quickly, which made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable rather than relaxed like it used to be.
I know I’m not the only customer who feels this way as I see another review on Google stating the same issue, and it’s disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for a few years. I will continue to come to this SportsClips location but because of this experience, I’ll be looking for another place to get my haircuts from now on. I hope the company looks into the pricing practices at this store and brings back the consistency that made it a great place to go.

Valerie is the best. Takes her time, seems interested in the conversation while doing an excellant job cutting my hair.

Coco at the Rosenberg Sports Clips is an incredible employee! Very attentive to all her clients. Visible when I am waiting for her with others in line in front of me. Very charismatic individual who treats everyone as they are very special. Very impressive young lady!

We love Jessica and how great she is with our boys on the spectrum very patience and understanding. She makes the league city location awesome. Aslo sherry is pretty good and really good as well. Definitely recommend 👌
