First time customer trying the MVP. It was a great service with Kim who did a fantastic and detailed job. She was friendly and understood how to cut my hair which is a bit tricky because of cowlicks and the texture. I'm also glad that you can check-in online to save money. Solid location, I would go back.

Finding a new stylist after a move can be hit-or-miss, but Emily made this a perfect experience. She has a great personality and is incredibly easy to talk to. What really stood out was how patient she was and how much attention she paid to my hair type. Having straight, smooth, and thick hair, it’s great to find someone who knows exactly how to work with that texture. Her customized recommendations were spot on. I’ve found my new regular spot and will absolutely be booking with Emily from now on!

This was my first and last visit here. I honestly had one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had.
I went in for a simple half fade and ended up with multiple people working on my hair at different times, which made the whole experience feel unorganized and uncomfortable. The stylist seemed unsure throughout and kept asking others for guidance while cutting my hair. I wasn’t confident in what was happening and it showed in the final result.
The haircut was uneven and not what I asked for, and they also don’t offer a razor beard shave but still charged a fairly high price. I had to go to another barber afterward just to fix my haircut, which was a waste of both time and money.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place if you care about your haircut or beard.

A stylist has entered information into my profile that makes it feel like I am being judged and patronized or degraded every time I visit. No matter what stylist I use I get an odd look at the start of each haircut and I can tell the stylist is bothered by something she read on the computer and possibly my ticket. The stylists are always quick to hide or discard the printed ticket.
