Alex has been cutting my hair for a couple of years and he's the best. I normally don't do chains for a haircut because I like something more personal, but I get all of that at this location because of Alex. As long as he is there i'll keep on coming
If you could just fix the App so it will allow us to check in when we arrive... I also wish the same stylist was available two cuts in a row. I have never had the same stylist in well over 25 visits to the same store. Your very high turn over is quite concerning...

I have been going to the Atascosita location for the last four years. The staff is always welcoming, prompt, and professional. I always get a great haircut and the stylist are willing to carry on a conversation while cutting my hair. I use the Lineup app and select Andrea as my stylist. She does a great job cutting my hair and is always friendly.
Marla was great and it was clear she is passionate about what she does. I always enjoy coming to this location- people and vibe are positive!!!

Faith was fantastic and the location is great! That being said, the chairs are a little odd in the fact that they are non ventilated and can get quite warm on your back and make you sweat. I would suggest if corporate is set on using a vinyl or pleather that it be ventilated.
