It was our first time at Sports Clip and we weren’t welcomed at all! We saw Mary and she didn’t have a great attitude! I told her I am not sure how much I wanna cut my son’s hair, I want short but not too short..so she said no problem let’s figure it out together, to which I thought okay that’s great, she is helpful. Then after she cut the sides, she moved on to the top, she didn’t even ask me if the length is good enough and whether I liked it..just proceeded with adding a lot of hair gel to the top of my son’s hair to style it and push it all back. I told her I want to see the length without the hair gel because I never put hair gel in his hair so let’s go shorter. To which she just gave me a silent treatment, didn’t acknowledge my comment and started showing me an attitude like I caused her an inconvenience and just continued working..She cut the top shorter quickly, left it uneven everywhere, didn’t make a single eye contact with me afterwards to make sure that’s what I liked. Just proceeded with opening up his bib and walking towards the counter so we can pay her. Very passive aggressive and rude! She also said she would wash his hair but she never did that either. The service definitely didn’t worth $25! I regret choosing this stylist. Very poor experience at our very first visit at Sports Clips. Mary is not open to feedback at all and she needs to work on her attitude. I was very patient and polite with her. I never gave her a reason to mistreat us.
Melissa is an awesome employee she has been cutting my hair for about 8 months now and she always does a fantastic job give her my best thumbs up !!! And please let her know how good she does her job and let her know she is a great asset to your organization thanks Melissa and keep up the great work you do!!!!!
