In the shop that I go to, they remember me and call me by name. After following my request about how I would like my haircut to look, I am asked during and afterwards if it’s exactly what I want. In the rare case that it’s not, it is immediately fixed my satisfaction.

Alex is an outstanding barber. My hair looks great every single time, and he’s consistently on schedule, no waiting around or rushed appointments. He pays attention to detail, listens to what I want, and delivers a clean, sharp cut every visit. Highly recommend him at Sport Clips.
There was no help with the check in process and I was the only person there with my son and they took me and then got angry with me cause I’d not properly checked in. It was my first time there and I submitted to the point it told me there was a 15 minute wait. I didn’t go to the next bit and this wasn’t clear. The other lady (not Harris’s stylist) made a massive point of it and kept going after me! It was very uncomfortable!

Paula always takes great care of me. She knows exactly what I want — no fuss, no hassle. I’m in and out in a flash, even though she’s a favorite and always busy. Take care of Paula; she’s the best.

I like the warm welcome and joyful environment. I have been going to this location on and off going back many years. I have lived in the Woodlands since 2005. My preferred stylist is Juanita and I enjoy the consistency of my haircuts.
I discovered the blue hair gel "So Sexy" for him and I used nothing else. I did use tea tree for many years. before.

Your prices continue to rise. I get a haircut every 5-6 weeks and there are many other shops in town where I can save $$. If your stylists were exceptional, then I could justify the cost, but I haven’t experienced that. I tip well, and I appreciate a good haircut/stylist. I would love to make SC my “go to” shop, but my experience there is not consistent. Many times the outside conversations amongst stylists are borderline inappropriate or personal (and I’d rather not listen to them). Just for the record, the young man who cut my hair on my last visit did a very good job and we had some great conversations, but that has not been the norm.

I always get great service from the stylists
The stylist at my last appointment was unable to understand basic instructions for the requested haircut. The service took much longer than needed to to multiple rework. The stylist had to enlist the help of another stylist to get the cut correct.
Gloria did a great job! I got a haircut, beard trim and the MVP. she took the time to get the trim right and asked if I was ok with the cut or beard trim or if I needed someting changed or cut more. Good attention to detail!
