Good haircut, ok price, great customer service
The stylist, Jessica, did not listen to my son/the client. He showed a photo and even specified the length. I don't think she's used to cutting curly hair because the length she cut off a majority of his curls. He was so embarrassed walking out. While Jessica apologized, she should if read his body language while he was in the chair because I walked up mid haircut and immediately could see how uncomfortable he was. I asked her to stop cutting length and only even out the other side. Which did not happen. Luckily Emily the manager tried to help but the damage was done.

Check in online and it said my wait time would be about 34 minutes but get there five minutes before my appointment. Which I did as I sit there my wait time kept changing went from 11 minutes up to 28 minutes. After I arrive five minutes before my appointment still had to wait 45 minutes. Don’t really make no sense doing the online thing.
