The relaxed atmosphere
Walked in and the lady helping me first of all did not read the note saying what haircut I get. Second she had no conversation with me. She maybe said 3 words after I told her what hair cut I wanted. Then the TV was off. This is supposed to be a welcoming place it was not.
All the friendly experience was not there it was a lifeless experience
Making an appointment was quick and easy. My stylist was Hannah and she did a great job!
Nice people low wait times
I have 3 favorites at this location so just about anytime I will have a Stylist available for me and this time it was Maria and she is my favorite of all she is very good and makes me feel good when I leave

Maddi was my stylist and she was very engaging and easy to talk to during my visit. She gave me her card when my haircut was finished, and I hope she can cut my hair the next time I come in.
Farah, the hairstylist, is very friendly and always helpful with my requests.

I love this location - they are like family. I have been going to this same place since you all opened. I use to bring my sons for haircuts , now I bring my grandson - they are so loving and caring that they make a 3 year old comfortable at the barbers chair. I was not satisfied with my hair cut. The service was nice but i felt rushed and the quality of the cut was not to my standards. I needed a last minute hair cut and this was the only place open at the time. I appreciate yall being open but i will not be returning for any more services.

I went in for a "free neck trim" to tidy up for a meeting. I didn't ask for anything more than that... ended up being charged $5 for it, then I tipped on top of that (my fault). You shouldn't advertise something and then not let people know that they will be charged for a service you advertise as free. I love Renee there but I'll be looking elsewhere for me and my son
