Appointment process. We had an appointment, arrived exactly on time & our listed wait time on the board was 28 minutes. I’m not sure if our stylist was there at all. We eventually switched to “first available”

Tonya did a great job. She was very helpful helping me select some grooming products. Haircut and scalp massage were spot on.
Yessel is great. Friendly and knows how to cut my hair.
Grace is super nice and did a great job!
Kristen is great. I come in every 35 days or so and she remembers the way I like my hair cut and remembers conversations we have had in the past. Very professional but personal enough that makes you feel comfortable. I will continue to use Sports Clips while Kristen is there to cut my hair.
New location is good for me. Sophia always does a good job.
Great fast service,great haircut
Expensive for the elderly, I am approaching 71. I told the barber what I wanted, during I asked for more length to be cut, when I got home it looked like I still needed a haircut.

The service was organized, courteous and efficient. Brie paid attention to my request and gave me a great haircut.
Latest visit was good, but in the past the “wait time”. Kept increasing. In one visit, it went from 25 minutes to. 50 minutes while o was sitting in shop. I cancelled but was upset I already wasted time.
Electronic wait times/appointments. Professional Barbers with good communication skills make a
hassle-free experience.
