It's more than a haircut it's a very pleasant experience. I get my haircut exactly the way I want by somebody that knows what they're doing and is very pleasant to work with. Then I get my hair washed and shoulders massaged. Something to look forward to.

Sports Clips provides a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, accommodating, and an overall great experience for customers needing a trim. The staff are professional and well informed on the latest hair styles. This was one of the best haircuts I have ever received. I will definitely be returning.
The hair cutter was very good on communication. No meaningless prattle, just high EQ communication on what was happening with gentle direction on things that were in my best interest. 10/10 would haircut again.

The quality of hairstylists is inconsistent. The notes in the computer are not at all how I like my hair cut. Every time I find a hairstylist I like she ends up going elsewhere or leaving. The one had this last time didn’t listen to what I wanted but cut like she liked and tried to convince this is the best way to do it.

Usually staff are pleasant and provide excellent service/hair cuts.
This visit was no exception, my stylist did and exceptionally good job, I was very pleased and will use her next time if she is available.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. The stylist who cut my son’s hair clearly did not know how to do the style he requested. Instead of being upfront and saying she wasn’t comfortable doing that specific cut, she went ahead and did it anyway.
If we wanted a $7 haircut, we would have gone to Great Clips with a coupon. Instead, we chose Sport Clips knowing it costs more, because we expected a higher level of skill and service.
After the cut, my son sat in the car crying because his hair was uneven and much shorter than he asked for. He’s in middle school, and having to go to school with a haircut that looks nothing like what he requested is upsetting for him. One side was blended and looked decent, but the other side was choppy, rough, and not blended at all. The back was also cut much shorter than what was expected both my son and my husband specifically asked for before she even began.
The manager Leslie did step in and attempt to fix the mistakes, and I do appreciate that effort but her clear cut answer of well, There’s not much we can do with the back we can’t put hair back was a little rough. However, the main issue remains: the stylist should have been honest from the beginning if she was not confident in performing the requested cut. Her name was Phenay.
We came in expecting professional service and left disappointed.
