It's nice to be able to check in ahead of time and cut down the time sitting waiting, I like being able to select which stylist will cut my hair when I come in and that notes are saved so they already have an idea of what I want.
Myra is an excellent stylist. Her professional manner, outgoing personality and technical skills make for an excellent experience far exceeding basic expectations. The entire staff at the Bunker Hill salon are professional and talented. Thank you for the fabulous experience.

The hair dressers are very polite a skilled. It's easy to get in for an appoinment, same day.
Everything that’s done to make a great experience, from the time I walk in until I’m getting set to leave, adds to the value. Other comparable brands don’t offer hot towels, for instance. They are little things that can’t cost much, but they go a long way toward bringing me back.
They were all super sweet to me and my son ( 16 months old ) love this location and will definitely be coming back !!!
Paige did a fabulous job on my hair! She added point-cutting and a nice blended look to my shirt hair.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit.
I was disappointed when my stylist was replaced, especially since she appeared shortly afterward to take the next client.
This was confusing and made me feel that my appointment was not prioritized.
I’ve enjoyed my experiences with your salon in the past, which is why this stood out to me.
I will not be returning
Vanessa was great! She listened, was attentive, and cut my hair exactly how I asked.

Kita was awesome.
I had to use someone that has never cut me hair and she did not listen to me as I told her not to cut any more off the left side and she went back twice and cut more saying she was getting a balance. Right now my left side is shorter than the right side but I’m hopeful it will grow out quickly to look more even. This happened because Connie was moved from the Glenloch store and no one would tell me her new location. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Your company needs to be more concerned about keeping customers satisfied vs losing them. I am currently looking for a new place to get haircuts. I will not go back to Sports Clips Champions location.
