Marleny is the clear #1 on my power rankings and my go-to. She’s always very thorough with the haircut and it’s always a pleasant experience with her. She even remembered me and the fact that my wife and I were expecting a child.

He bit my ear with the clippers. I asked for a short faded fohawk and it’s all one length. My beard was not even and the sides were too short when I only asked for a trim and shape. I won’t be going back.

The stylist cut my hair too short. I provided her with a picture of exactly what I wanted, a #1 fade, classic style. Not the newer style that shaves into the crown and rounds out the hairline. I paid for the MVP, most expensive, and did not get the shoulder massage, as well as the hit towel was momentarily at best. My last visit at that location was mediocre at best. I tried again because we were close by and I had a meeting the next day and wanted to look good.
I would like a refund for my haircut.

for the first time I was very unhappy with the service. The lady that cut my hair didnt speak enough English to undestand what I wanted, and I speak zero Spanish. I didnt get what I paid for.
I like the opportunity to make an appointment for my haircut online. I also like the fact that the way I like my haircut is recorded so that any stylist should be able to cut my hair they way that I like it.
That being said, the best thing about Sport Clips is my stylist Yvonne. She is skilled, talented and experienced. Yvonne is always courteous and polite. She recognizes me when I walk in and makes me feel welcome. I have NEVER had a bad haircut from Yvonne! I have received haircuts in Nashville, Jacksonville Beach, Norfolk, Austin, Jacksonville and many other Sport Clips locations. No one comes close to the skill and professionalism Yvonne shows every time I make an appointment. As I travel between Florida and Texas, I will try to delay my haircut if possible (even if I am feeling a little shaggy) just so I can get a haircut here in Houston from Yvonne. She is the BEST and I hope she is recognized!!!
