We were blessed. I had my three children with me and three of us got haircuts. The ladies working really made it a fun welcoming environment for all of us. My youngest son (4) always looks forward to getting his haircut there.

The ease of joining the lineup - and the notes that are made in the system. My son is 9yrs old - and he can have very specific requests at times - and they have always done a great job!
Leyla is my stylist and she's awesome. Always cuts my hair the way I like it, and I never have to remind her. Also she's not pushy with the product sales, but reminds me in case I need more. I prefer it that way. I go to this location mainly because of Leyla.

I am giving this location a zero because the service was poor from start to finish. The stylist, Baraa, misread the notes on my haircut and began giving me the wrong type of fade. I had to stop him before he went too far and correct him so the cut wouldn’t be completely ruined. Even after that, the haircut was done incorrectly and looked bad enough that I had to go to a different barber afterward and pay again to have it fixed.
On top of that, when I checked out, he attempted to add an extra charge of about $11 without explaining it beforehand or asking if I agreed to the upcharge. When I questioned it, he admitted it was something he was “supposed to add” and removed it only after I pushed back.
The entire visit also took nearly an hour, far longer than it should have for a basic haircut. Between the incorrect cut, the attempted undisclosed upcharge, and the excessive time spent, I will not be returning to this location. I am requesting a refund for this service.
The staff was not welcoming, the apron used was dirty
Morgan is so great. My son actually looks forward to getting his haircut just to spend time with her. She does a great job and is so patient with him.
