The haircut was great. There was a payment system issue that resulted in me being charged twice for the haircut. Amber was very helpful in resolving the issue and getting me a refund. She communicated very well with me. She called with updates and left messages when I was not available. She then called me to confirm everything was complete. That is great customer service that is not often proved anymore. I had never been to this specific Sports Clips location. It happens to by next to a doctor's office I go to. I will be back.

I have a coupon for a free hair cut for first time customers and they told me that I wasn’t a first time customer and still made me pay and took the coupon as well acting like they were going to take it.

Showed the guy of a haircut I wanted and the guy pretty much gave me a buzz cut and smelled badly of weed
My barber was very polite and professional. She did a great job and checked with me a lot along the way to make sure I was happy with the haircut.
