I like using the app to register for my preferred hair stylist in advance. I've been getting my hair cut with "Eva" for ~10 years now. The wait is never very long and I'm always happy with my cut.

My stylist seemed a bit cold. I used a different word to describe my haircut than what she seemed to be used to and she seemed at annoyed at that. I didn't have an exact word to describe how I wanted my cut as my other stylist usually gives me options and I choose, and she didn't seem to like that.
