Quick and always friendly service.
I always receive outstanding service from Brenda. She is professional and detailed in her work. I always walk out of there with a boost of confidence knowing I have a great haircut.
I enjoy, and prefer, spontaneous haircuts. If you are “packed” only once, I come back. A 15-20 or so minute wait is NOT an issue. I am not self obsessed with my time or importance haha
I get a rather simple haircut and though I have preferred cutters, typically first available is fine

clean fast and friendly hair cutters
Make sure parents with children sign in everyone to get a cut. They often do not do so and the wait times end up very inaccurate. And some stylists allow an unrealistic number of clients to stack up. There should be a numerical or time limit and then clients should be forced to choose the next available stylist or a different stylist.
This would also ensure that your newer stylist get more experience. I would also recommend either hiring more stylists with scissor skills or providing that training.
Quick service. Stylist listened to how I wanted my hair cut. Used scissors instead of electric razor which gave a better looking result.

I asked for a fohawk fade and Jessica told me she had given the haircut before so I let her. I was so embarrassed when I left there I went to tune up to get my hair recut. The barber at tune up told me she could tell it was from somebody new … so I had to double pay so I wasn’t walking around getting laughed at
