My hairstylist Ruby did not do what I asked. I asked for a trim on my hair and she cut off over an inch. She then told me “it’ll grow back in 2 weeks.” Been a customer at this location for years but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with sports clips. Terrible.
Juanita listens to what I’m going for and makes recommendations that work every time!

What I thought was an okay haircut at the store I realized was a pretty bad one once I got to the car and especially at home with my wife and daughter’s reactions.
For starters, there’s the hair. The lineup for my ears aren’t even and one has a jutting cut into my hairline. Then the top is blended in such a way that you can see almost a straight line down the middle of my hair where some of what is brushed over is at a different length than the rest and almost sits bumped up.
Then there’s the beard. I originally said I wanted just a shape up, but then said we can take some length off too, and I guess I should have been more specific. When I thought some I didn’t mean much, but I lost a couple inches in length that I wasn’t necessarily wanting to, and I didn’t realize how short it really was until I went to scratch my face once all was said and done. Again, I should have been more specific on that part. But the shaping also appears to be uneven with how it is sitting now. Then my check lines are uneven with one also being more rounded and the other being more angled. The cheek lines also weren’t very well cleaned up with what stubble was left.
My stylist was super nice and fun to talk to, and I wish I would have noticed some of these things in the store to address these things or potentially stop some of them. But between needing my glasses and the angle looking in the mirror, it was hard to see some of these issues until I got to my car and home.
In all honesty, I don’t really know what can be done to make it right because I’m pretty disappointed in it all. Again, my stylist was super nice, but I’m really not happy with how I look currently and I don’t plan on coming back.
You offer quality hair products at a reasonable price but your biggest asset is your staff. I have had multiple haircuts with Ashley and her upbeat attitude and attention to detail surpass any hair stylist experience i’ve had previously. I always leave my appointments with her with a smile and feeling like i got my money’s worth. She will continue to have my business in the distant future. 10 out of 10
