My recent visit to the Pasadena - Fairmont Parkway location was great! The stylist who cut my hair was one of the most attentive, detailed and friendly staff member I have had over many visits to the various locations.
I hope you all have an employee retention plan in place that incentivizes high performing staff such as her to continue working at the location and for the company. My biggest challenge with obtaining hair cuts from your organization is the high turnover over.
My haircut wasn’t even. I had to do some trimming on the top because it was left longer in some areas. Some stylists do a great job of trimming eyebrows and other noticeable hair. When your hair is as simple to cut as mine, you expect a better trim than what I got. #2 on top blended into a #1 on the sides is pretty simple.
The staff was very patient with my young boys and did a great job getting them the haircuts they wanted
The staff and service were wonderful for both myself and my son. Very friendly to us and others, even when a very trying customer was rude to them they remained polite and professional.
My boys hair is horrible and I’ll be returning to have them fix. Giant chunks missing, nothing blends and a giant piece of hair that hangs forward in his eyes. I asked for a simple trim and for his hair to be combed over. This is the simplest cut one can ask for. Several people have asked what is wrong with his hair. I tell them no sports clips!!
It’s a comfortable facility. Excellent stylists, especially Lien. Lots of services to choose from with still reasonable prices.

Hair cuts are hit and miss based on stylist used. My last stylist rated a 10. Before that 75 by a different stylist. Prior was 30. And the 4th was the same girl as first agian scored 100 .
It was freezing in the store and when I mentioned that the air was cold and blowing right on me in the chair stylist Zai said “oh well, I am hot and I am working here”. Then she could not figure out how to work the water correctly to wash my hair. I had enough being cold at that point and said I was done and paid to leave.
Worst experience I have had at this store. I would not recommend anyone get a haircut from someone with such a bad attitude as Zai.
