I asked for a fohawk fade and Jessica told me she had given the haircut before so I let her. I was so embarrassed when I left there I went to tune up to get my hair recut. The barber at tune up told me she could tell it was from somebody new … so I had to double pay so I wasn’t walking around getting laughed at

Good service
I like that I was able to make an appointment online and actually got a text confirming it. Also, when I walked in, Nicole greeted me warmly and was ready to go right away. Even though there were other people waiting, my appointment seemed to make the process smoother. Nicole was very friendly, did exactly as I asked, and was a wonderful conversationalist. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

MVP haircut, love the message chair and neck massage
Last month I visited your location after i received a coupon in local magazine.
During that visit, stylist shared one coupon card to send another friend or family member.
My wife took kid to your store yesterday. Last time no one told us we need to write stylist name on that card. Yesterday when we brought that coupon card, your team was questioning my wife line an investigation. If you don't want to honor, simply don't give those coupon cards or tell us before starting the hair cut. I would never visit this store again or recommend to anyone.
Have had the same stylist for many years and extremely pleased with Maria and thoroughly enjoy her personality!

Amanda brought up covid and then told me not to talk about it, so I changed the subject, she didn't like the subject change, began the get angry, left the store and someone else finished my terrible haircut. I want a full refund. I will not be back.
Amber is just awesome, she knows exactly the haircut you want (as a regular), it is quick and to the point but at the same time it is my opinion that I am provided an excellent service. I am not super talkative, and Amber take it in stride not trying to force conversation (my #1 pet-peeves getting a haircut). The store is always clean and friendly, so it is also a nice environment.
