Best cut ever and very professional!
My stylist was superb. She not only gave me a good haircut, she also gave good advice on what I should do in the future.

Cuts always good. Timely if I go in the am on a weekday.
The hair dresser is just checked out and doesn’t care to ask or listen to the customer. The shampoo experience was uncomfortable with water dripping down. I told her I was growing out the top and then she just started cutting way to much off the top after cutting she asked is that a good length. Sigh.
Services were great! The lady that cut my hair was Iris and she was really sweet and professional!

Jamie was my stylist, and has been the past several visits. When trimming my hair, I asked for the length of my bangs to rest right around the top of my eyebrows, as when she was done it was still long enough to go past my eyes. After a quick trim, it was still easily long enough to poke me in my eyes. I reiterated, showed where on my forehead I'd like it to be cut, so that it rested above my eyebrows, or about 2 inches in length. She then cut it completely off, to maybe half an inch in length. Furthermore, she didn't even trim the remainder of my head to match, so I had half an inch of length in the front, and about 3 inches of length in the remainder of my hair. I paid, but upon getting to my care and actually getting to see it, I went back in to get it corrected. She was unable to salvage it due to how short the front was, and so I had to get a buzz cut and now I'm starting over. I'm also still waiting on a refund. I have a video I'd love to share of how she initially left it if you're interested.
Friendly, fast. Hot towel, head massage are why I go there mostly. Hair cut is good too.
I like that by using the app you could make an appointment for the next available hairstylist. It lets me know before I get there if there’s a line or not. Because I usually go during my lunch hour, and this helps me make a plan and be able to get everything done that I need to get done

Hire more people please. The haircut was fine. But the people working took entirely too long to get to me. I sat for 30 minutes while I saw 2 people cutting the same spot of hair. My haircut took 10. I know it's about customer satisfaction but goodness some of us don't need to yap for 45 minutes. Still a great place. Will be back in 2-3 months as always. Also your website bugged me out and I wasn't able to sign in and book am appointment. Went from a 9 minute wait to a 45 minute wait. Insane.
