The ladies are very knowledgeable and provide a great service. I have not had a bad hair cut at their salon in all the trips there. I also like the fact that you can check-in on line and have very little wait time when you arrive. I checked in from my house yesterday with 20 minute wait but after an 18 minutes drive, I only had to wait 2 minutes after I arrived at the store.

The person that cut my hair was obviously new - too new. She was nice enough, but needs a lot more training before she is allowed to serve clients. She did ask one of her coworkers to check what she had done, and the coworker made some adjustments, but things still didn't turn out that good.
