Online scheduling system is awful. Every time I schedule a cut with stylist, get a time to be there, and next thing you know it says arrive now (vs 24 minutes I was told 3 minutes prior). Get there 2 minutes after the text saying arrive now and stylist has already taken first available. Not a way to treat customers who take the time to schedule with someone specific, told a time, and then the time changes only to arrive 2 minutes after the "new" arrive time and they have already seated another customer. It happens 8 out of 10 times and not just 1 location. Please update the online schedule system and improve the functionality of it.

I was not disappointed, in fact I thoroughly enjoyed my cut along with the hair stylist doing a wonderful job, and she was pleasant to be around. I only rated 0 on the recommendation scale because I don’t believe in free advertisement. However if there was like a free cut referral bonus then yes I’d definitely recommend 😉

Not a good haircut. Did not trim all the way around my ears, but somehow pushed my hair back so I didn’t notice. And now I need to go back or somewhere else. She was nice, but took forever. People that sat down after me were finished before me. I might give them one more try, but I don’t know..
Very happy with the haircut that Tammy gave me. She is a top notch stylist. On another note, the Sportsclip app is a piece of crap. I'm not wasting my time using it any more.

Aerial is great. I have been going to her for a few years now and recently started taking my son there are well. She is always patient and quick. Most imortantly she gives us the cut we ask for. I really appreciate her.
Quick great services. Awesome atmosphere
I made an appointment for my son at 10. I got to the salon at 950 and we waited 30 minutes after the appointment to finally be helped. I had to ask another stylist when my son was going to be seen and the lady told me my stylist who I booked the appointment with was helping another stylist with their haircut and asked if I wanted to come back later or make an appointment for another day. I said no because we had been waiting and asked if another stylist could take my son. We were then put back on the wait list for first available which was another 15 minutes but I again had to ask if my son would be next since his stylist wasn't able to take him and we had been waiting and the girl who had been helping us made sure we were next. If it wasn't for her we would have left upset but not to have any communication from the stylist about her not being able to take us or she is running behind was not okay
