Fast, experienced and friendly stylist,
The scenery and atmosphere are very laid back but sporty, which is what I like, and Athalie was very conversational with me and made me feel welcome.
Just a overall bad experience, the lady is. Dry nice but her haircut proficiency is fã from average. It’s always a hit and miss experience. And I’m not very exigent.

I showed them I had a coupon for a MVP haircut that came to me for my birthday. I show it to him when I check-in. They said we'll take care of that at the end. She cut my hair looks horrible. I had her trim my beard, her clippers literally bit me 4 times and I have a spot on my neck that actually hurts now from where it cut me. I'm leaving. Go to pay and all of a sudden. I'm told oh I didn't get the. MVP, haircut, so my $5 off. Don't count. I paid and left. I'm not happy and I will never return to this. Store or to your company ever again? I can go to another Barber. I pay the same price and have a better cut every time.This is the second time that somebody from your company at this store has screwed my hair up
Everything was great. Friendly stylist. I felt valued as a customer. Cool surroundings. I’m just not your clientele. A $32 haircut is just not something I’m willing to shell out money for. Haircuts are pretty utilitarian for me - I don’t have all that much hair to cut, so there are plenty of people who won’t blink an eye at a haircut for that price, but that’s just not what I’m willing to pay for a haircut. Thanks for the opportunity to give it a shot.
Me kids were well-behaved with them and not fussy like they normally are with this Chinese hair cut places . If im gonna pay that same price for more professional ,id come here all the time . Clean and fast pluse very great work and effort.
Max was very patient with my autistic son. And he did an excellent job on his hair.

I have to not get any length taken off the top of my head she cut 3 inches off after I've spent 6 months of trying to grow it out I was very disappointed and heartbroken

Using the app to check-in early was simple and gave me insight as to how many were waiting and how long my approximate wait would be. After I checked in, Julie met me at the counter and was upbeat and ready to take care of me with a haircut. She asked questions as to my previous visits and if I still wanted the same type cut. She was professional and took her time in making sure everything was just as I liked it as she was styling. The final result was one of the best cuts I've had since coming to this store. I will request Julie from this point forward.
