I have been going to the same Sports Clips location since 2015. This is the worst experience I've had. Now I have decided to go to another hair salon. I always go for MVP. Hair cut is not good. Without asking, he was trimming my eyebrows. The hair wash was bad, and the massage was worse. The worst experience I've had.
I have had Esther cutting my hair now for many months now and she is such a kind and wonderful person that now she is washing my wife's hair every Thursday because my wife has late-stage Huntington's Disease and can no longer do her hair herself. Esther has so much empathy and love for her fellow human beings that she is just so special to Sandy and me and we will use her as long as she is with the company or follow her wherever she chooses to go. You are lucky to have such a beautiful soul in your employment, and her customers are just as lucky to know her.

Maria was the person who cut my hair. She was very professional and did a great job. I was also able to use a coupon.
I was a first time customer and felt the stylist/barber should have been more attentive to detail. Haircut was a little rushed and somewhat sloppy. I fixed some of the roughness myself at home with my clipper kit, but I should not have to do that. The stylist Maria seemed like a nice person and I would not say anything but since you asked...

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your salon. I was using a coupon for a free MVP experience offered to customers wearing a FIFA jersey.
While I was having my hair shampooed, I overheard one of the stylists telling another that I was likely only visiting because of the promotion and that she did not expect to receive a tip from me.
This comment was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed with the staff.
The app is excellent for scheduling. Having the personal cut profile in the system yields a wonderfully consistent result. In & Out in no time. Easy breezy!
