The stylist did a great job on my son’s hair cut. Not my first time at this location the staff does an excellent job.
It seemed like she did not even want to cut my hair. I seemed like a bother to her. On top of that is seemed like she was disgusted to even touch me. If Kloie is not there then I will not be getting hair cut there.

The stylist did not listen closely. I asked for a #2 clipper on the sides and she used it on the back, as well before I could stop her. She said she thought I said #2 all the way around. I replied, “no ma’am, my current haircut reflects a close cut on the sides and hair in the back but by scissors. Mistakes happen but they need to be learned from. I recommend the stylist confirm my choice before using a clipper in an area that does not appear the same or logical for a 50+ year old not enlisting in the military.
Store was clean and wait was minimal. I also believe a 15% tip option should be on the first screen not 18, 20 and 25%. Thanks

Each hair stylist I have interacted with listens to what I want, and they "check in" on the process to make sure that they are hitting the mark.... the tip I give reflects my satisfaction with the skill of the stylist.

Asked for a high bald fade, finger length on top. The shop was so dark it was hard to see and check my haircut in the mirror. The cut felt rushed and no upgrades were offered. One side of the "fade" was brought up higher than the other. There was an attempt to blend the right side, however, on the left side clippers were held at an angle and ran from the front of my head to the back creating a "shelf" with no attempt at blending. There was zero attempt to blend the sides into the top. The scissor cut on top was completely uneven. In past experiences with SportClips as a whole there was consistency. I could walk into different locations and receive the same service and expect the same experience and upgrades. My question would be are employees not doing continuing education, refreshers, cut classes, etc.? Why was the store location so dark? Why were there no upgrades offered? Was the haircut bad due to time constraints or was she just tired due to understaffing? I do not feel there is really a make things right in this situation. Obviously the stylist thought the haircut was fine if she let me out of the chair, which means she couldn't see what was wrong. I paid, tipped, and purchased the product I regularly use. I found a barber who was able to fix the haircut at a local shop and will just continue using them when I am in the area.
