I have been coming to SportsClips for over 20 years. I have had some not so good haircuts in the past but this last time was very disappointed. I had a lady who tried very hard to understand but the language barrier interfered with my instructions. I only wanted a light trim not a complete trim. I said a light trim and she must have thought I wanted a complete trim. I will still keep going back to this SportsClip location but will wait this time for my favorite hair stylist.
It was probably my fault as it was crowded and did not want to wait 45 minutes but learned my lesson.

Service is always excellent! I have Key cut my hair when I visit. She is welcoming, professional, and always does an excellent job on my cuts. The scalp massages are great, too! I also bought one of the tea tree hair & body moisturizer products yesterday. A tiny bit goes a very loooooong way, so it’s definitely economical, and the smell is divine.

I have a super stylist, that cares bout how she cuts your hair but, but cares about her customers. I believe that’s the culture of this particular store. Sales is about how a person feels after the sale. Great customer service and caring individuals, that’s what makes the team great at the Tomball, TX location.
