I sent my son with a 50% off coupon that had his name on it to the correct location and they charged him full price. He showed it to them. I’m disappointed.

In almost all appointments I have a good experience, but I was surprised when my stylist had my chair facing another client the entire time. I could not see how my cut was being performed and looking across at another client getting their haircut was very odd. The cut itself was fine, the placement of my sitting was a first of a kind for me.
