Paloma always remembers how I like my hair cut and cuts it that way. She has great customer service and is always friendly and personable
I have a special needs grandson, Max, who is afraid to get his hair cut. And he is especially afraid of the clippers. Rochelle is AMAZING with him!!! Max is no longer afraid of the clippers and he will hold her hand and sit in her chair all by himself. 💕. Rochelle has totally changed his perception of getting a haircut. Max is no longer terrified or anxious. And for that, we are so thankful!

The reservation app did not work well this past visit. I chose a stylist only to find that was cancelled when I arrived and I had to chose another stylist and wait.

I had two different stylist. The one for my younger son Clayton was so sweet and bubbly she did amazing. The other for my son First name removed did a good job just very noticeably different in the enthusiasm and attitude towards things. Both did great work just when I asked to do a little more off she seemed to get annoyed a bit. The bubbly stylist informed us of of son's hair and from a professional opinion what she would do and it was the best hair cut he's had in his little 5 years. I will come back for sure and request her if she is there.
