Normally the ladies do a great job but today, the rep who cut my son's hair did a horrible botch job. This is the second time this same lady messed his hair up. The last time wasn't as bad and I wasn't aware that it was her again. My son didn't tell me until afterwards when he was in tears. It was new years eve and we were headed to a party. There was nothing we could do. I will never come back again.
Your stylists are wonderful and very polite. They make sure to pay attention to how you want your hair cut. Corinne is really amazing and has a welco.i g personality.
The lady who did my hair could hardly be understood. She was oriental and didn’t understand anything I told her. When she thought she was done, she gave me a mirror and I told her again I needed it shorter. I told her at the beginning how I wanted it and she left it too long. She immediately grabbed an electric razor and began cutting and now she totally screwed it up. Additionally when she thought she was finished she took off the sheet and never replaced it, so I had hair all over me and down my shirt. She was horrible and I will never return. She totally ruined my day!!

My service was amazing at this location. Far cry from the lazy service at champions forest store. Too many inconsistencies between locations. Lazy rushed experiences at Tomball and Champions but awesome service at cypresswood and glennloch stores
