My son came to Sport Clips to get a haircut that he provided a picture of for his prom. The stylist didn’t do anything close to what the picture was. He kept trying to explain and show the picture but she just cut it differently. Lastly he was charged $26 for the MVP but was never offered or given a shampoo, or the hot towel as stated in the pricing description. It was a complete disappointment and he didn’t feel confident because he provided a photo and it looked nothing like it.

My go-to Spirts Clips closed so I tried the next closest and it was a not up to standard. So I tried your direct competitor a few times and was disappointed. I decided to give Spirts Clips one more try at a 3rd location. OMG!

According to the app it should have been a 20-30 minute wait but it ended up being over an hour. It looked like someone came in late and was taken before I was. Nancy was great but the whole point is to be efficient. I feel like if someone is late to their appointment I should not be punished!
Jeannie has been my go to stylist for over a year, and I will go to her for as long as I live in Houston.
