Rita is the best. Friendly and a great barber.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff spent the time complaining about it already being 4 o'clock and wanting to leave, rather than focusing on the service. Additionally, the stylist did not ask what I wanted before starting and simply insisted they knew how to cut my hair. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the result and the lack of communication.

My fade was not done well on 3 different occasions and the products given weren't what i asked for. They also made fun of the last haircut i was given not by them!
I've been visiting Roschelle for years now. She's outstanding!
Products are great my stylist Melba is the best, she has respect, very professional not like these new stylist that are there now. Only thing I have to say is, I’ve been coming to sports clips seeing Melba for about 14yrs. and what I see now is just crazy. Staff sitting on the counter by register with backs towards the customer, not what I want to see is the back of your butt, on the counter. Cell phone use is just ridiculous, talking , texting even in back in shampoo area . If it wasn’t for Melba I would not come there. It’s because her I give a 10 but to see her recommending her not the others. All these years until last past 2yrs, I can see the unprofessionalism in the new stylist. Personal conversations that I don’t need to hear, walking outside on cell phone. Inside on cell phone, sitting on the front counter. Always in cell phones, and at times loud from just conversations among each other. When Melba leaves I will not return. Need stylist like Melba, who knows you, very professional, does what she needs to do, offer and promotes products and explains what they do and benefits. I don’t know who reads these but I would give my name but to Melba only for the manager or owner to call me if needed. Melba is the best so much that I drive an hour To see her. That should tell you how good she is. Thank you!

Kerrie has been putting my hair for several months. She cuts it exactly like I want her to. This location was near my office but I recently retired. I now drive about an hour from my house for Kerrie to cut my hair but it’s worth it. Steve
I have known Lien for years. She is a fabulous stylist. We just sit and chat and she does my hair. Also great at the MVP!
I have never had a bad cut at Sport Clips. They are professional, clean and give great customer service.

Roschelle is an excellent ambassador for your business. To be frank, if she wasn’t there, I wouldn’t be either. Great management decision keeping her happy as she surely makes her customers.
