I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Sportsclips at the 9722 Gaston Rd Suite #185, Katy, TX 77494 location. Forest did not cut my hair right and I felt like she was in a rush when she was cutting my hair! She was rude and I did not enjoy the mvp haircut experience that she did! I would like my money back!

It was my first time getting a haircut in the U.S., but even as a foreigner, I was able to get a nice haircut at a reasonable price. The shampoo service was also good. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the U.S. again.

I don’t like to complain, however the girl that cut my hair did an awful job. Left it in even and didn’t blend in the fade on the right side. Left bangs when I asked them to be shortened. I had to go to another barber the following day and get my hair cut again and shorter just to fix her errors. My son’s barber did a wonderful job on his hair. The lady who cut mine just didn’t care. I have been a return customer to Sport Clips on and off because of service. I don’t think I will be back.
My stylist Blue is great. I can always get in and out quick with a great hair cut.
Farah is great, the app works well in planning your visit, the shop is clean!
I checked in online. When I went in I was “On Deck”. The next customer was 5 minutes out. While I was seated, one of the stylists told a man sitting that she would be right with him. She went to the computer and he was the guy that was 5 minutes out. His name disappeared from the board. So my experience made me wait 20-25 minutes before I was seated. So, you have a system in place that should eliminate favoritism, getting the guest that tips better, friend of the stylist, whatever the situation. It failed today.

Kim is very polite and professional. Chance a lot of questions to make sure she gets the haircut right and she doesn’t try to skim through it like some of the other stylist. Clean store and friendly staff.
