I have been coming to sports clips since the early 2000s and have decided based on my last visit that I will never be coming back. I rely on the Web app to provide accurate wait times. Yesterday, it told me the wait was 8 minutes before I left the office. I ended up waiting over 40. The wait time was so long that the queue kicked me off and the stylists were ready to take the next in line over me. This isn't the first time that I've been burned by your technology and the stylist's indifference to how I've been inconvenienced in the middle of a busy workday was the last straw.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and paying more for less services because I simply cannot continue to give money to a business that cares so little for me as a customer.
I like the business hours and facilities, however Jess is the reason I’ve been coming here for 15 + years.

I was not asked if I wanted a scent for the towel- she just picked one and sprayed it. I’m a female and I love smelling like aftershave. I was also informed that they only do male haircuts so they do not blow dry. This is a service I would have paid for- I was extremely embarrassed to leave the salon with wet hair. I had to pick my daughter up from her classes and meet with her teacher, and my hair was wet. The whole thing was a wreck.
As always my stylist does an amazing job.
I received an extremely professional, quick, and good looking haircut that was very fast and to top it off, the barber was helpful with products at the end without being pushy.
