The stylist didn’t do a great job on my haircut. I asked for a #1 plus a high fade, my sides stick out cause it wasn’t cut short enough. I didn’t say anything cause it wasn’t busy that day but I don’t like having to pay for a full haircut and nice enough to leave a nice tip and then have ti return sooner than expected cause the haircut wasn’t cut correct.
Charged for the MVP haircut when I didn’t get any of the benefits.

This was my first time at a Sportclips. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes thinking I had to sign in with a barber and they all just stared at me. Didn’t realize I had to use the iPad until another customer came in and started to sign in. Barber was very aggressive with the clippers, been getting haircuts for 30 years and never had one that painful. Would definitely not return to this location.
The MVP is a fantastic way to relax.

I go to sport clips because of the person who cuts my hair.
Sport Clips is the perfect mix of dude pampering, without being over the top, or too expensive. I can get a quick haircut, or I can sit in the chair and get a hot towel on my tired face and a scalp massage to ease the stress of a hard week. Sport Clips doesn't make my wife uncomfortable, either. I really appreciate talented, modestly-dressed stylists who don't flirt with me the whole time. Y'all added the mobile app so I can check in and show up without having to wait a long time anymore, that was really the only complaint I had, and you've nailed it.

Everyone is friendly and my hair cut always look good.
I were fully satisfied with the hair stylists, but not happy with the reliability of the appointment app which often provides very unreliable appointment times and updates on the wait time. With my last appointment, initially it showed my wait time was 15 minutes but a minute later it showed my time was up. When I rushed to the shop in 3 minutes, my appointment was bumped off as my slot was already taken by another customer, and my wait time was reset to 28 minutes!
