The app lets me know the wait time. And the crew at west lake houston parkway are a wonderful group. Especially Lilly and the manager… i cant remember her name but she is so great!
Fast and friendly service!
Not much, the haircut was good and the stylist was competent. Sometimes the stylists are great, sometimes not so much. But today went well.
Unfortunately I’ll have to stop going to this location - there is only one stylist who listens understands my hair and cuts it correctly and on recent visits she hasn’t been there. The others especially the older stylists for some reason do whatever they want with no regard for my comments but this particular visit was the worst. When I got home my wife said ‘I hope you didn’t pay for that ‘ my 16 yo daughter said ‘dad who butchered your hair’ and my 18 yo literally got her scissors and told me to sit while she tried fixing things. Sorry but if the stylist can’t get it correct after I keep trying to give chances then I give up and will go somewhere else which is a bummer because that location is convenient

Yadira is an excellent barber & stylist, very pleasant, friendly and engaging. All of your stylists in that shop are very good, but Yadira always does a great job.

Great haircut! I would always go to Great Clips, but they have recently closed the location that was less than a stone's throw away. With this recent revelation, I stumbled into Sports Clips.
TVs playing ESPN on repeat, locker room vibes and hairstylists having a good time.
Signed up for my turn and waited. Waiting didn't feel like waiting, more like lounging. Once they called me up seemed, but a minute had passed.
Ocasio was her name if I recall correctly, as I explained my preference of style. I remember only saying it once but before I could come up with a way of re explaining my style she was holding the mirror. I as nodded with approval and "begrudgingly" agreed to a shampoo; We went to the sink caddy corner to the lockers.
The chairs were sleek and soft, something similar to that of a fancy dine in movie theater seat. The water was warm and the shampoo smelled delightful. What seemed like an eternity was over in 30 minutes.
Long story short, the haircut was great.
I asked for a high fade combover haircut and she did not do that type of cut at all. She straight up just started buzzing the top of my head. The fade line is lopsided, I ever, and poorly faded. There’s no hair on top to do any kind of combover. I had to go to a barber and pay more money to fix the sportsclips stylist horrible job. I was really upset about it and still am because usually I don’t have an issue with this location. My stylist was also paying more attention to the other clients in other chairs than on my haircut. Overall I’m extremely disappointed!

Ha I is very attentive and focused in customer needs. I have observed her provide the utmost care and service. She is a true breath of fresh are when it comes to engagement and customer service.
My wife wasn't satisfied with the cut
I would like to share some feedback regarding my son’s recent haircut on Thursday, February 12th.
During the appointment, the stylist mentioned that she was in a hurry, which made me feel as though we were being rushed and that the service was being done as a favor rather than as a valued appointment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this. On more than one occasion, my son’s haircut has felt rushed, and the results have reflected that. After this most recent visit, his hair was uneven and contained several noticeable mistakes.
I fully understand that schedules can become busy; however, I believe every customer deserves the same level of attention, care, and professionalism. I would appreciate it if you could kindly remind staff that all clients should be treated equally and given the time necessary to ensure quality service.

Its always fast and efficient when I go to Sport Clips and the stylists listen to what I want.

You assume everyone grew up with computers. I am 67 years old and did not grow up with computers.
I always get a hair cut and shampoo and only a few times have they done the massage and half the time the shampoo massage is like 2 min not very consistent some times I get someone who does it all and does a great job but most the time with the turn around at my location it’s just ok service and I now go there as a last resort

I love that my hair dresser, Maricel, was so sweet. She was very helpful in figuring out what hair style would be best for my hair and also recommended some products for my hairstyle and hair health.
