Have incentives that retain long term employees. Provide any supplemental training necessary to bring skill levels of all employees up to that equivalent of your best employees.

I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a wait. Juanita greeted me warmly with a smile and was easy to engage with throughout my visit. She asked thoughtful, open-ended questions to make sure I received the haircut I came in for and took the time to make sure everything was just right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will definitely be back to see her for my next service. Great experience!
Like the professionalism of your hairdressers. Don’t like when they nick my ears when trimming my ear hairs but I understand why.

As always, I get a great cut and a good experience. I love the different products available to choose from. I don’t buy often because I keep my hair short and it takes longer to use products. But they always have great brands to pick when I’m ready. Melodie is my stylist and doors a great job every time.
