My stylist was coughing and constantly clearing her throat and had a very nasal voice, indicating she had an illness and she should not have been around other people cutting hair. It was very distracting to my experience.
I even asked her if she could even be there with all the coughing and clearing her throat and sneezing
Great service. I had picked Lily when I made the reservation. Apparently the owner decided to reduce the number of stylists and send them home. So Lily ended up leaving. I ended up with another stylist and she was awesome. Did a great job with the haircut. Thanks!

Online and instore estimated wait times are not accurate. In my last two visits after check-in my instore wait time was twice as long as what was listed on the board. The delays impacts other appointments that have scheduled.
Mrs. E is outstanding and always gives me precision haircuts in her Sports Clips. The new chairs are very nice and comfortable!!

The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. They are OK with me feeling "it's just hair" and I need it cut. I'm sure they quickly adapt to someone that cares more about their hair, but they get me.

Atalie is the best! She is the only one that my son will allow to cut his hair. We have had a couple others cut in past, but he didn't like the way they do his hair. He will not get his hair cut at sports clips if Atalie is not there to do it.

I had a MVP coupon ? In the beginning I asked if they honor that coupon? It says” Hair cut free” and second it says 5 dollars off. But my hair cutter didn’t know how to handle it? After almost 1/2 an hour. The third cutter took care of it. Or I would have end my of paying 26-5=21 21 dollars plus 5 dollars tips. May be they need more training to handle the coupons.

Getting “inline” on line is very easy. The stylist I use is Carol. I have been using her since the COVID reopening. She is very attentive and has a great memory for what I am looking for, ie using scissors instead of trimmer, how I like my beard trimmed, etc. She is why I go back.
